I left the session full of regret and anger. What should have been an honest and pleasant afternoon turned out to be a money-making scheme and intimidating experience. Like other reviews, I was sold a package at the Ascot Christmas Fayre, with promises of make-up advice, manicure, colour advice and a pamper day. Also, no commitment to purchasing anything! I thought I deserved a break as I care for two elderly parents and work full-time. Time and money are precious.
Hair and make-up were acceptable, photographer was professional. Those 3 staff were nice. But the end part - looking at the photos and prices, being given a hard sell without consideration or thought, left me very upset and spoiled the whole experience. Shame on this company and the people who run it.

Late notice of a change of premises from SW3 to SW10 was done the afternoon before scheduled appointment - on a Sunday! Hardly a studio - not clean and with cheap props - actually one prop - a cheap wooden white painted hollow stand.

No one explained one had to climb 2 floors of wrought iron staircase - safety hazard and inadequate signage or information about the place. Difficult to get in touch with the company.

First and last time. I trusted the people - the management should be ashamed.

I visited with a friend who treated me to this wonderful experience. It was lovely to spend time together.
We were the first there so we were seen relatively quickly and had the space to prepare for the photo shoot. We were given some prosecco to drink whilst we chose our images . There were a wide selection to choose from. If you want additional images to the one digital image included in the package, you have to be prepared to pay. We were not offered a hand massage which I think was offered in the package. All the staff were friendly and hair, makeup and photos were very professional.
