Updated review
I initially ordered a part from here and didn’t receive it, USPS isn’t the most reliable shipper so I cannot for certain say where the error occurred bc between royal mail, usps and sender who knows what exactly happened. There were some communication issues which may have been a cultural misunderstanding I was really frustrated and disappointed and felt like I wasn’t offered any concessions for my missing part. Upon leaving my poor review I was contacted immediately by this company and offered a refund they immediately wanted to make it right. In conclusion it was a huge misunderstanding I think both my self and the person helping me were frustrated which led to the communication issues. Even after the bad review they were kind enough to offer a refund / peace of mind so for that I am extremely grateful, still awaiting the refund to post to my account but given its international and holidays I’m guessing it’s gonna take some time to process, but it does say refunded on the shop app. Overall, I feel much better about the whole thing , feel I did get competent customer service, they stand behind their business and as long as you don’t lose your cool, that they are reliable and trustworthy to work with, if for some reason I don’t get my refund I will re- update my review lol
