"Safe Trade" is also a scam, but they are very good at the scam. Will provide you with realistic serial numbers, answer all your questions as if they actually have the product, be very responsive, etc. But after you agree to a price in writing and send funds, they will act like they did not get the money despite what your bank says. Then will say they will take the loss to be a good seller, BUT only if you pay a new, big custom fee...despite having agreed on a total, all in price up front. MedWow will back up the scammer by insisting you still owe the never agreed to new customs fee. They will NOT help you get a refund if you do not get your equipment. MedWow will NOT help you and are part of the scam despite their "safe trade" program.

Total scam. This site seems to be catering to very creative scammers. I've tried to contact MedWOW to make them aware of the problem but they don't care. Don't be fooled! Move on.

MY experience is very similar to that of other posts. Money paid, no equipment sent. No response when requesting information. No matter how tempting it my seem, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AND SAVE YOURSELFTHE GRIEF!!!

Immediately after posting my need for Spectra Optia apheresis equipment, I was notified by MedWOW of four offerings. Every single one of them was fraudulent. All had unusually low prices, prices intended to appeal to the natural greed in people. That's the classic "hook".

Apparently, just enough people send money without properly checking the "seller" -- ie the criminal -- that MedWOW has become a cottage industry for scammers.

"A fool and his money are soon parted." Don't be one of them.

I lost my money. Who is responsible? Why they are controlled ？

This site is full of scammer don’t trust them. The person I send the money send fake routing number lost the money machine never showed up 😐

Unfortunate experience for me- got scammed out of 2000 USD- fake promises, fake invoices , fake names, fake accounts and fake tracking numbers!!!

Beware

I purchased one device from a seller from India, no trouble, good investment.
Then I purchased a second one from another seller. The device never arrived, although they gave a tracking number. The seller could not be reached after loosing contact with the transport company (Asia Load Express). I lost my investment.

I informed Wedwow : the seller still advertises on Medwow after six months.

MedWod does not realize any control of the seller not of the buyer. You sign, it puts your equipment in sale and indicates the form of payment. To distrust cheap equipments.

Medwow have no control of the sellers.
We bought an ophthalmologic machine 15000 euros and never see the machine and never see the money back. Medwow say they are sorry but they cannot do nothing.

I visited this site looking for a specific ultrasound system. I found the exact Toshiba SSA-350A (Core-vision Pro) system within my budget at $6000 and was very pleased with the information provided. The site was easy to navigate and the categories were very direct. I obviously had to negotiate with the seller. This took a bit of time but was resolved fairly quickly. I have no problem in recommending MedWOW.com.
