Estafadores.

Giacca acquistata a fine novembre, arrivata intorno al 19 dicembre,ci stà,arriva dall'America nel mese peggiore dell'anno per i trasporti, per quanto riguarda la giacca molto bella esattamente come era nelle foto del catalogo.

Sul sito c’è scritto che entro 3 giorni verrà recapitato il pacco ma dopo 20 giorni ancora non mi sanno dire quando lo consegneranno e quando ho chiesto di consegnarlo al vicino di casa perché devo partire mi hanno risposto che non sarà possibile. Gli ho scritto che tutto ciò non è accettabile e volevo mettere una recensione sul loro sito ma hanno bloccato il mio accesso e quindi mi ritrovo ad avere pagato in anticipo un prodotto che probabilmente non mi arriverà mai e non posso neanche più scrivere nulla perché bloccato. Veramente inaccettabile e da sconsigliare assolutamente: sono soldi buttati !

1. I paid $74.69 for a product I wanted.
2. They didn't send my order and sent a different product that I didn't want.
3. Now they want to compensate with $15. $15!?
4. Shame on you, Jointunior

The order and delivery were prompt. I ordered the item on December 1st and it arrived today (December 18th). Being Italian, I'm not surprised it arrived so late. The shirt isn't made of terrible fabric, but it's a bit cheap.

I made the mistake of ordering before reading the reviews. When I emailed 24hrs later to cancel the order on the grounds that all the available information suggested that the items would either NOT arrive or be of poor quality, I was told the order had already been sent and “we apologise for not updating the tracking information.” Considering the amount of time other customers have been waiting for their orders, I strongly suspect this is untrue.

Luckily I paid through PayPal so there’s a good chance I’ll get my money back, even if it takes a little while.
Lesson “read the reviews first” learned.

I Wish I could give less than 1 star. I received my order in 3 weeks, the items were exactly what I have ordered (2 shirts and 1 sweater, around 80$). I simply didn't like the quality which looked very different in pics on their website. It started a whole story about me requiring the possibility to return the package and they replying offering stupid partial refund as 2-3$. They say their warehouse is in China so it's expensive for me paying shipping fees to return the stuff back. I replied many times that I didn't care and that was my business, just struggling so much for having instructions and address. It ended that they offered me 22$ to keep the items, kept insisting to refuse my return proposal. Customer service very rude and not willing to help at all. Stay away

They've scammed me. Delivered a product entirely different to the one advertised. Terrible quality.

This out fit is as close to an internet scam as you can get.... ordered two shirts, after three weeks ONE arrived in a package... I wrote a note to "Customer Service" group, they said warehouse said that two shirts were shipped, too bad... we'll offer you $5 of the $29.99 back to you !! No package tampering, no open package... one shirt inside... either incompetence in warehouse, outright theft at warehouse, and in any case, an outrageous way to deal with customer.... then they sent back a snarky, "we are so sorry for your dissatisfaction"... end of communication... they are crooks.

Total scam! They say my package was delivered but only to my local post office and will do nothing further, the post office has no record of it and the company cannot provide me with a usps tracking number! Worst company I hope they go under!

Se anuncian con otro nombre y el cargo te lo hace SPREMN Co. Ltd , un timo cobran y no te mandan el artículo ( SE PUBLICITAN EN FACEBOOK) Ladrones y timadores .

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Also known as Deapsigner and probably the worst online experience I’ve had. Many weeks to receive the wrong product and of very poor quality. Nothing like the advertised product. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t give me an address to return for refund and would only offer 25% of my purchase price. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered three men's shirts from Jointunior with a musical theme. They looked fantastic in the ad in my Facebook feed. The total was $99 and appeared in my Paypal account as Spremn Co.Ltd. Now, I had ordered from a similar Chinese company previously with no problem whatsoever, except for the long wait in shipping, transit and delivery. So, much as I hate to wait so long for my order arrive, I anticipated a long wait time, but that was okay, because the shirts looked worth waiting for in the advertisement.

What I received, when the package finally got here, were two, NOT three items. And they weren't even men's shirts. They had shipped me two women's dresses! Not only that, but, the material is so thin and flimsy, they look like they might come apart the first time they are washed. And the pattern? One was off-white with thin, dark gray stripes like a women's garment worn in a concentration camp. The other had a hideous blue floral print that may have been in fashion in the late 1800s.

I wrote to Jointunior, included screenshots of what I ordered and photos of what I received in the mail, but never got a reply. To say I am not satisfied is the understatement of the century.

Il pacco non è mai arrivato!! Ho contattato il servizio clienti che ha risposto per 6 o 7 volte la stessa cosa e cioè che secondo il tracking il pacco era stato consegnato e per loro andava bene così. Ho inviato email ai corrieri per sapere chi avesse firmato la consegna ma non ho avuto alcuna risposta. Ho informato Jointunior e chiesto che facessero ricerche loro stessi presso i corrieri ma la risposta è sempre stata la stessa: dal tracking la consegna risulta effettuata. NON COMPRATE NIENTE DA QUESTO SITO!

There isn't a rating low enough. First, I did not know it was a Chinese firm. Normally, that's not a deal. In this case, it is/was. Shipment over due ...was to be here no later than June 5. Merchandise was going with me to Japan. I reached out offering pay more get it to me. Nothing. Just a real bad experience. I will shout to the roof tops how I feel scammed. I want my money back!!!

Ordered six different items. Took four weeks to receive. Two items were the same thing and same color, so they got 30% of the order wrong. Attempts to correct via email met with replies that appeared prewritten, were inappropriate to fix the situation, and focused on denying that they had made a mistake. The shirts I ordered are smaller than the standard size designation used by other manufacturers. Customer support showed diligence responding to repeated requests for a refund, but each was met with a paltry, insufficient figure and returns are discouraged because of the expense to ship back to China. I finally caved and accepted a 50% refund and will donate the wrong color/too small items to charity or give as gifts. I like the styles offered by this company (some are pretty cool) but will never order from them again and will dissuade others from doing business with them.

Ordered a men's shirt, got a woman's swimsuit. When I contacted support I was told this is what I ordered. I showed a screenshot from their website of my order, clearly showing that I ordered a men's shirt, and showing that my order # was different than the order# that arrived. They still said I needed to contact the shipper as it was the shipper error. I just want my shirt. Offered me $10. Run away - not a reputable company.

Rubbish service and refuse refunds STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY it is a fraud.
