Items arrived on time but one item was defective. I called the customer service dept and they were extremely responsive. They sent replacement item immediately. I've ordered many different items, from many different companies, and they are about the best when it comes to being customer-friendly and professional. I heartily recommend them.

I would rate the company's response to order and fulfillment highly. I take away from the highest rating for not having the preferred product in stock, for not giving much more meaningful and quantifiable product information to permit improved decision making, and for presuming upon us in this fashion that we would actually be interested in taking OUR time to say nice things about them so their marketing department can feel good about itself though they have done N O T H I N G to compensate said reviewers for their time and effort.

Purchased the EVO 3D docking station and USB-HDMI converter, Both of which I could not purchase in store. The delivery was free and received the product in 2 days. Unbelievably surprised. All components were as ordered and were fully functional. No bait-switch or refurbished. I would definitely use them again and would also refer friends and family.

I ordered some batteries for my HTC Incredible. It turned out the model in Australia that I have is different from the one in America. So I got an email saying there was a conflict with my order. So I called and talked to a pleasant man there and I changed my order to get a portable battery charger instead. I received them within days and the price was good, too. Very pleased with the transaction because I got exactly what I needed instead of what I originally ordered. No worries at all on their part.

This company is amazing in every aspect. My order came lighting fast. The items that I recieved were of high quality. They have great prices as well, very easy on the wallet. I did need to send one of the items back, (not even htcpedias fault) I wrote htcpedia an e-mail and got a response within literally one minute. No questions asked, they just simply e-mailed me a free return shipping label to print up, done!! I will be buying all of my accesories from them in the future.

Excellent is just a small word to explain how professional and good HTCPedia shop is. They sent me wrong product but upon contacting them, I was provided with actually ordered product at no cost and above all without having returned the old one. And guess what...the product was shipped to Qatar. Quality of product was excellent and same as described. They do care for their customers !!!
