I've use hosting UK for a couple of my photography websites. One is a Wordpress site and the other has been designed using their site builder tool. Whenever I've had problems or glitches I've raised a support ticket and the issue has been resolved efficiently.

The speed of response (same day) and within 1 hour (actually 30 minutes).

Excellent support team, helped me move my website to another domain with no hassle.

Quick response and resolved issue promptly

I've been stuck with loads of spam every day and had tried to block but couldn't work out how. Customer service first tried to get me to read a long article, but when I asked him to talk me through the process, Abin did a really good and patient job, and solved the issue for me (I hope!)

Title of email appeared to be an order to do something. Implied: that if you don't do what is necessary you may lose your domain. But actually the email was for information.

All else, Hosting is good (9/10).

Been with these guys for many years now. Always quick and helpful support and feel like I'm valued. I got a good deal with them. It was a lifetime pricing deal and they have honoured it.

I asked for email redirection from my domain. This did not work and since I had cancelled my Silver Mail that left me stuck. The initial support staff did not know why that didn't work and so my ticket was escalated to a more senior person. All now works as it should and my costs are reduced. All good.

When our websites were hosted on simple servers, the hosting was exceptional. It was extremely reliable.

Since they were acquired by Hosting UK (owned by easyspace) we have experienced numerous issues. As a web developer we have multiple accounts on their Iridonia3 and Prometheus servers and also host our own servers elsewhere.

For several months we have been experiencing significant outages on their main Iridonia3 server.

I have been dealing with technical support and customer care but the experience has been unsatisfactory. We have had a ticket opened which was escalated because we can see other customers on the server and they can see us. Additionally, all the resources on the server are being depleted and our website is running very slowly or is offline.

We spent two days troubleshooting the issue ourselves and provided a comprehensive forensic analysis and the necessary steps to resolve it.

Our technical support ticket was escalated to senior engineers after we reported it 32 hours ago but it has yet to be addressed.

We are paying a substantial amount for hosting and additional resource upgrades, yet it appears that the company is not delivering on its promises. It is unfortunate that there is no independent body to monitor such practices.
