After asking for a refund, they counter-offered a 25% reduction on your next order, and whatever your response (I refused because given their products a 99% discount would still be a scam), they no longer responded to any mail.... to avoid because the people who manage it are undeniably dishonest

Thanks for getting back to me. My order # is VG00311537. The purple and green rose embroidered denim jacket is NOT denim, it's a cheap fabric and it's huge. It says S for small but it looks like an XLarge. The dress is if the same cheap fabric. And the hoody is better but still does not look like it did online. I'd like to return these please. //This company stinks. I wish I read the reviews first. Adds that pop up on Facebook seem to all be scammers. I bought a couple things from them and just like the other reviews, clothes very cheap and sizing is all wrong. But clothes look awesome in their adds. Buch if liars and thieves. They make it hard to return them your stuff with garbage. DO NOT waste your money on their crap .

Comstylish is a SCAM COMPAY!
My order number is VG00354113. I need a return label, I DO NOT want any coupon! I just recieved email agan from Comstylish support team with a coupon offer! No Coupons, return only!
When I received my order I realized that it wasn't what was advertised - instead of nice looking clothing items (created by AI, as I realized now), I received beyond a very poor quality clothing...
I contacted Comstylish customer service next day after receiving my order and ask for a refund, the time for returning the items is one month in thier policies.
They answered and ask me to send the pictures of all items, I did.
Then they didn't answer for about a week.
After a long emails back and forth, instead of sending to me the refund agreement and address, where I should send the return, Comstylish offered me 20%off of my next order! I sent them email again, refusing of their offer and asking for a refund.
I strongly believe now that this company is scam! I recieved the items on January 2, 2026, today is January 29, and I didn't hear from them again six days after my last letter, which tells me that they just waiting until the end of the return period. Complete scam!
Plus I started to recieve very many scam emails after I ordered from this company.
I paid with Afterpay. As recommended I will contact Afterpay and let them no, so they could stop business with them.

I sent them another email on 1-25-26 and have still not received a reply. Unfortunately I used Apple Pay and my address was not current, so the items got sent back to sender. All I’m asking for is a refund for the $300 plus dollars I spent. What’s taking so long? It been 2 weeks since I reached out, and after reading the comments I would have probably returned the items anyway. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Aus keinem Blickwinkel identisch mit dem Angebot. Ein in 3 D gedrucktes Stück Polyester Stoff, ich habe nicht alles ausgepackt. Auf die Beschwerde wurde mein erstes Mail nicht beantwortet. Nachdem ich den Rechtschutz eingeschaltet hatte funktioniert die Kommunikation. Rücksendung wird vom Käufer bezahlt. Ein Gutschein von 20% wird angeboten. Den habe ich abgelehnt. Nie wieder!

Comstylish, false advertising criminals
I ordered 4 knit sweaters from the celtic line, 2 wolfs, and 2 world trees. What they sent me was 4 hoodies with traced on designs in the form of what I ordered. When I tried to return them for a refund they offered me a 20% then a 30% off coupon for my next purchase and refused to send me the return address. I will never buy anything from this company again. This company is blatantly using false advertising to steal our money then sending the purchasers the cheapest garbage they can find

Worse than one star. Same experience as other reviewers. Received what I thought would be a knit sweater that was a polyester fleece lined tunic with a printed design. Also, a T-shirt, which I thought would be embroidered around the neck, but was simply a drawn on design, why are these people still in business?

Comstylish committed fraud and theft
Comstylish is not a trustworthy company. Comstylish is a scam. Comstylish does not advertise its clothes accurately nor will they accept returns and issue refunds.
Even though they claim to have a returns policy, that is a lie. They would not provide an address for a return no matter how many times I emailed and directly asked over the course of two months. As far as I am concerned, Comstylish committed both fraud and theft by not allowing me to return their garbage clothes and failing to refund my money.
You need to understand that if you shop at Comstylish none of the clothes you purchase will look anything like the AI generated images on their website AND you will be forced to keep everything you buy because they will make it impossible to return anything. Your money will not be refunded.
If you have been scammed by Comstylish, there are a few things you can do:
1. Contact your credit card company. Inform them that Comstylish is a scam and ask that they no longer do business with them. If more credit card companies and epayment services refuse to do business with Comstylish, then they will have fewer options to offer future customers for payment which will harm their business. If your credit card company has fraud protection, you might even be able to get your money back.
2. Contact consumer protection boards- federal, state and international- and file a complaint. Consumer protection boards keep records of complaints and fraud. The more complaints they receive the more likely it is that they will take action.
3. Share your negative experience on as many websites as possible. Spread the word. Comstylish seems to pay attention to Trustpilot. Scam Advisor will investigate your report if you ask. Although the BBB cannot take international action, posting your experience there will create a public record and also serve as a central spot for those of us who have been scammed in case a class action lawsuit is ever filed. Get on social media. Post as many places as you can.
I regret shopping here. It never occurred to me that a company would just blatantly lie about its products and then steal from me. I am stuck with all these cheap ugly clothes that I hope can be recycled rather than just clogging up American landfills.
I will no longer shop at any business based in China.
