I have already been dealing with your customer service team for some time now, and unfortunately no one seems willing to genuinely help. This automated response is therefore not helpful.
I have repeatedly requested a refund, have provided photos and all requested information, yet I continue to be offered discount coupons for future purchases and to keep the items. I have explained many times that I have no intention of keeping the items and no intention of placing any future orders.
Despite this, the same response is repeated over and over, which is extremely frustrating. Based on my experience so far, I am sorry to say that I genuinely doubt there is a real intention to resolve this issue fairly.

I wish I’d read the TrustPilot reviews before ordering their Celtic Knot “sweater.” Then I would have known what a hunk of junk I’d be getting. When it did arrive, the size was nowhere near the XL I’d ordered. Although the label said XL, it fit more like a medium or even a small. Thus, poor quality and wrong size. I asked for a refund or at least one in a proper size without sending the useless sweater back to China but haven’t received an answer.

I have been in contact with them regarding an order that I got delivered that looks remotely nothing like what was advertised as well as false descriptions. Excuses are ridiculous from this company. I sent evidence of photos to show what I received. Now apparently it’s being sent through to the refunds apartment to be reviewed. What a load of ball. It’s now come down to my emails not being replied to. Let’s face it. I’m not going to get a refund back. They got their money and I stuck with a load of cheap crap.

VG00371266 Ordered some goodies and a sweater before christmas. Item description clearly states embroidered hooded sweater but recieved the cheapest quality button up hoodie that is basically like they took a pic of the sweater and printed it onto what they sent me! Nothing I received looks anything like what I thought I was buying. No fine print or any mention of a different type of product coming instead of exactly what they pictured on their website. Interesting fact that on the website none of items listing or pics are there now. Error 404 lol. Basically its a scam site, deceptive sales practices 100%. They said i need to pay to ship back?? Lol are they serious cause my credit card company told me to dispute this charge for a full refund no problem no hassle. So peace of mind in place I did email cause that's the absolute only way to attempt contact with customer service, sent order #, pics of what I was lead to think I was buying, pics of what I actually received. Its not even about the money, absolutely steams me because these were presents and thank God they came late and I didn't wrap up these ridiculous knock-off low Quality material clothing! Like I am amazed after reading all the negative reviews here/elsewhere so I am not holding my breath and said to them in my email 24 hours to respond and make this right or no problemo my cc company will do it for them and cost them extra.

The cardigan I got was nothing like the images shown to me. Instead of heavy wool knitted into a coat, I got some polyester printed pattern. The coat isn't gonna keep me warm at all through this winter and I spend €48 on this thing. Never again will I order from this website.

Mi pedido VG00364754, es una gran estafa, timo, engaño, mentira, etc,etc,
Las imágenes que ofrecen en la página no corresponde con la realidad. Te ofrecen una imagen espectacular de unas prendas de alta calidad y te llega una gran porquería, lo que supuestamente debiera ser de punto es un serigrafiado en tela sintética de mala calidad. Pagos por adelantado, esperas de más de 20 dias, para ser todo una gran estafa,
A esto añadir que en caso de no gustar, no valer tallas o en mi caso ser un gran engaño de calidades. Tienes que asumir los gastos de devolución o que darte con ello, ya que según dicen en el email enviado por ellos el coste de la devolución y la espera son carismas y largos.

4.-El paquete debe devolverse a China. Según nuestra política de devoluciones, el comprador asumirá los gastos de envío. Debido al largo plazo y al alto coste de la devolución, ¿le importaría aceptar un cupón de descuento del 20% y conservar los artículos?

En respuesta a la no aceptación de su propuesta de un cupón descuento del 20% . Y mi insistencia a la devolución del pago realizado esta es su contestación:

Le enviaremos una dirección de devolución. Puede devolver su pedido a la dirección que le proporcionamos. Si introduce una dirección incorrecta o lo envía a una dirección incorrecta, no nos haremos responsables. Al recibir la mercancía, comprobaremos si cumple con nuestros requisitos de devolución y reembolso. Si no hay problema, le reembolsaremos el importe total, excepto los gastos de envío.
Por favor reconfirme esto, ¡muchas gracias! "
COMO PUEDE VERSE, te avisan de que nunca llegará y que en caso de que llegue, se guardan el derecho de decidir si cumple con los estándares de su política de calidades. Condición que para ellos no lo hará, porque lo enviado según ellos ,es lo que ofrecen. Además de pagar los gastos de envío suyos.
En definitiva no garantiza que te sea admitida la devolucion, en el caso de que si lo hagan tendras que pagar los gastos del envio de cuando te lo mandaron más el gasto que haces ahora para devolverlo. Que como dicen son mu costosos y de muy larga duración en el tiempo.
SOLUCION
Quedate con la porquería recibida, porque entre gastos de envios y faltas de garantías de devolución, te va ha salir un riñon.

Les mandé otro mail el 29 de diciembre quejándome del pedido que me habían mandado e incluyendo fotos de los artículos. Me contestaron que en tres días hábiles me darían una solución... Estamos a 14 de enero y no se han dignado a contestar... Está visto que si no les dejo una mala crítica pasan de todo.. menuda cara dura tienen... Aquí tenéis el número de pedido que ya se lo he mandado como cuatro veces... VG00335369. Vergüenza de ropa y vergüenza de atención al cliente..

Woolen Jumper-Printed nylon. I gave them 1 star as the goods did…
I gave them 1 star as the goods did arrive. Eventually. However, not a knitted product as advertised but printed nylon. Should have looked up reviews before wasting £60. It is a scam. You complain, they pretend to engage but then block you. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. Unless of course printed nylon is your thing.
