I had an antique watch serviced by AMJ via post. The initial work wasn’t brilliant and we had an issue that required it to be returned. I always think in these situations it’s how you follow through and deal with things, which in this case was really good with good communication. Sometimes you’re always going to have issues with vintage movements, and I’m very happy with the end result. The final standard of work was really good and the initial work took shorter time than I expected. The way the situation was recovered was very professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AMJ for vintage watch repairs. I now have a movement manufactured over 90 years ago running with excellent precision and cleaned beautifully.

Put my tag watch in at 10am for a new battery and reseal, ready in 30 mins, brilliant price, staff very friendly, definitely use again in the future

After extensive research into who best to take my Zenith Type 20 Pilot watch to for a service I found my self drawn back to Natalie of AMJ whose experience and understanding was quite exceptional. The price was fair, the work was done a week ahead of schedule and the performance of the watch is far beyond my expectations. I won't be taking my watches to anyone else.

Cannot rate the service enough.. Walk in, so no need to book.. This is my 5th watch battery change (different watches) and each time, a great experience! Natalie is an asset to the company.

Poor Service from Tanya
I have read many good reviews of this company.

Hence wanted to go ahead with the Authentication of my Rolex.

When I enquired re having my Rolex authenticated, spoke to the advisor by the name of ‘Tanya’. Had fee conversation with Tanya in the pone to confirm what i needed, Tanya verbally confirmed to have this Authenticated in writing, it will cost £50 all Inclusive.

On the 28th, prior to going into the Office, i called and confirmed it again and the price stood £50 still.

So i took my time from Lunch and commuted to the branch around 12:30 PM. Only then to be advised by Tanya that the price is £150 and she is sorry, was very disappointed how she lied several times to me re the price and only to change the price soon as i went face to face.

Please feel free to verify this with Tanya and feel free to listed to all the phone conversation.

Always best to be honest and give correct information.

Spent the lunch wasted.
