Extremely horrid customer service at the Conestoga Mall location. Our product was not at all what we ordered. Treated terribly by the staff at the store.

Not a great experience …

The customer service at the Upper Canada location was the worst one ever. The manager and employee only had excuses and no “hey understand or see the point of view of the costumer”. They do not offer any suggestion if the product fits just care to sell and get the money. I will never send my friends or family to to this location. There was only 2 people in the store and they were unable to say hey show me how it fits to offer suggestions. There is truly no customer service quality and I will never shop there again.

Amazing

I get all my Dj shirts from here and are nothing short of awesome! Seanna takes as much pride in making them as I do wearing them! Thank you Seanna you did amazing!
