Your order was received on a Friday (after close of shipping) and shipped on the Monday), the auto email updates were sent with the order progress, unfortunately these may go into Spam. We emailed you 6 minutes after you brought this to our attention via email, with your tracking number (which confirms it was shipped on the Monday).
I feel the review is rather unfair considering you wrote before we had a chance to respond (you posted this a few minutes after you emailed us making us aware you hadn't received your shipping email).

The order was delivered on 2/4 which is in the suggested timeframe for delivery to the customers country.

Great product and fantastic service
Great product and fantastic service. I ordered a starter kit and received it quickly. I've never used MT2 before and was a little sceptical but now dont know what all the worry was about. Absolutely brilliant! I am never disappointed. The product is amazing, I get a gorgeous tan, my natural skin tone is a washed out pinky-white and never tans without this stuff. The service is second to none, they are totally on the ball. My order always arrives very quickly.
