A total disaster
I ordered a wardrobe from Tribo Home through the Leroy Merlin Italy marketplace on 23 November. The maximum delivery date was 5 January, yet today is 30 January and I still have not received the full order.
The shipment was handled by GLS, which has been extremely unreliable. On the 27th, they delivered only 6 out of 8 packages. For the remaining 2 packages, GLS falsely stated that I had refused delivery on the 26th, which is completely untrue. Today they claim the delivery was “agreed with the receiver,” which is also false. I never refused anything, nor was any delivery properly arranged.
Tribo Home does not communicate at all. Leroy Merlin only redirects communications. GLS customer service sends only standard automated replies telling you to check the tracking online.
Overall, this has been a total disaster — lack of transparency, poor logistics, and zero customer support. I truly regret the day I decided to order this wardrobe from Tribo Home.
