Outstanding service
The service from Snugg is outstanding and the lifetime guarantee is definitely true. I had had my phone cover for 5 years which I consider to be a long time for such an item. The internal clips broke and I contacted Jim at Snugg. Within 48 hours they were sending me my free of charge replacement. 100% recommend them.

Snugg covers - 5 star all the way
I can’t recommend snugg phone covers more highly. I’ve used them for several phones and know my phone is safe and secure. Communication with Jim and Anna is excellent, very helpful and sort any issues quickly.
I had an issue with my phone cover, leather was wearing in several places for no apparent reason and leather lifting from the case. Sent a few photos to Snugg and within days received a new case.
Snug’s lifetime guarantee gives you peace of mind and you know you will receive 5 star treatment. This company and product is fabulous- highly recommended.

Great product, customer service and warranty
I had used my Snugg iPad case with keyboard for my years, it not only protected my iPad on those occasional drops or stepped on by my young grandson…it as well worked near flawlessly too… then a sudden issue with keyboard..and after a few “try this option” fixes from the support team… it was deemed a replacement was necessary… that arrived promptly…so all good to go again!!!
5 stars for product, service and warranty…. hopefully when I upgrade my iPad … I will also get a new Snugg for it… thanks again.

I have owned Snugg cases for my iPad…
I have owned Snugg cases for my iPad and for my families iPads for many, many years now. It is my go to brand for cases. Recently, I had the most recent one have an issue with the two layers of leather staying together. Snugg stepped right up to the plate and replaced it with a new one and stood by their product. Excellent customer service and a company that stands behind their customers. Highly recommend Snugg and it's cases!!

Excellent quality iPad cover.
I purchase a Snugg for my iPad over ten years ago. While it has some mileage on it, it still performs like the day I bought it. The construction fit and stitching are excellent. The Snugg I purchased for my new iPad has the same fine quality. Customer service was very good.

Lifetime guarantee - and they mean it
I replaced my very old Snugg phone case in July with a new one - I felt that I had certainly had my moneys worth from the old one. Unfortunately part of the plastic casing broke off the new one and I felt that this was possibly a ‘fault’, so I took a photo and sent it to customer services. I had an immediate reply, asking me for further evidence of purchase eg order number. After a couple of further clarification emails - which were always polite, professional yet personable I was told that a replacement was in the post, arriving on24th December. I am extremely impressed with the customer service of this company and thank Jim and Anna for their ‘way of being’ with me, the customer.
