I joined the career transition system as a consultant (Technology & Management), seeking coaching to make an informed decision about my next career move.

The program offers learning materials and 1:1 coaching sessions that supported me in:

1) Identifying my long-term career vision and the ideal next positions to apply for.
2) Preparing and fine-tuning all relevant application documents, including my CV, cover letter, and professional profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn.
3) Building and maintaining a job funnel that creates traction.

Overall, I recommend the program to those seeking structured guidance in their job search, while being clear that the value will depend on the specific Industry and companies that they are targeting, as well as the ability and willingness to leverage their existing network.

The coaching I received from Jörn, Giorgios, and their team was extremely helpful and has enabled me to get my dream offer. These are the elements that stood out for me:
- Jörn and Giorgos started the coaching by asking me to reflect on what I actually want to do in my career. Taking a step back to deeply think about this was setting a frame and objective to the programme that we then worked towards very effectively.
