We ordered five appliances from Tasco and were told about supply chain issues so we chose appliances they said we’re in stock. When it came time for delivery, they asked for full payment which we provided. The very next day we got an email saying three of the five were not available. They took our money and for the next 7 months did nothing to follow up. We are still waiting for our oven. They also refused to come out and adjust refrigerator doors under warranty. We had to pay someone for this fix. DO NOT use this company.

Excellent Customer Service
Thanks to Steve Kraft, now at the Brampton location, our Tasco experience has been excellent. We have dealt with Steve over the course of 5 years, first to purchase several major appliances, and then in relation to a warranty replacement of one of those appliances.
On all occasions, Steve has provided excellent customer service. He listens to our needs/issues and offers suggestions/direction suited to what we require. He has always been available and responsive, and, when needed, gets back to us in a timely fashion. His follow-through and follow-up have been great, as is the information he provides. Our experience with him has been that we will be supported, and that he cares about us as customers.
We also have been very happy with the appliances, warranty experience, and installers.
All of this makes us feel secure about our purchases, and will bring us back to Tasco in the future.

Worst experience ever
I would have given zero stars but it would not except that.
Our appliances were all to be delivered to our new condo during COVID.
I had several experiences trying to get hold of our sales rep to answer questions about electrical boxes for European washer and dryer.
Never received a call back from the sales rep.
Because we never received a call back we ended up spending several hundred dollars more on an electrical box that actually came with the appliance.
When all the appliances were supposed to be delivered we received 3 calls regarding delivery date with 3 different dates and times.
No one was living at the address yet as we were waiting for appliances before we could move in.
The heat had not been turned on yet so I called Tasco to get an actual date for delivery.
Once again the sales rep was not available.
Another male salesman came on the phone and when I told him I needed a definite date for the delivery of the appliances. His only response was "people are dying and you care about a delivery date for your appliances"?
I sent a lengthy letter of complaint directly to the store manager and to Tasco head office.
Never heard back from anyone.

We bought 5 kitchen appliances from Tasco and the extended warranty for each in November 2020.
Samsung induction cooktop just up & died. No power, won’t turn on.
We called Tasco after sales service on July 25,2022 to request a service tech. Called again Aug 2 as we hadn’t heard anything. They said Comerco (which is the company Tasco uses for extended warranty) had sent a request to Transglobal (the Brick) for service.
No call from them.
Called Tasco again & was told - oh sorry they don’t service your area.
Aug 3 received email from Tasco that Comerco is still looking for a service tech.
Aug 9 called Tasco again. Still no answer about service tech.
We have been without a cooktop for 17 days with no end in sight!!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Obviously the extended warranty isn’t worth the price we’ve paid.

Bosch fridge from Tasco died after 3 months.
We purchased a Bosch fridge from Tasco and the Bosch Fridge died after 3 months. We are now without a fridge for 7 weeks and no repair or replacement in sight. Very little help from Tasco and thus very disappointed in the after care provided. The fridge is under 5 year warranty. Difficult to get consistent follow up with Tasco and Bosch.

I am just another customer used as a line of credit by Tasco.
I bought 10k+ worth in appliances in May and they assured me an early delivery as early as mid June. ("Things are moving fast".)
They told me once the appliances were ready for delivery I would have received a link to pay the balance, which I was instructed to pay promptly. Early June, I paid as soon as I received the link to soon find out the only few appliances were available. Tasco did not even offer separate delivery free of charge and I am still waiting to know if and when my fridge will be available. I called Customer Service countless times but each person I spoke with keeps telling me a different estimate date for delivery. Now my kitchen will be assembled in two weeks, the guys are coming from out of town and I do not know what I will do if I do not get the fridge in time.
What makes me furious is that I paid in full for my order months before receiving it or knowing when I would be receiving my items. I did not expect to be used as a line of credit by such big company. If Tasco does not have the appliances that have been paid in full, they should not sell them. This behavior is beyond acceptable! I will never buy from Tasco again!

Poor experience with Tasco Richmond…
Poor experience with Tasco Richmond Hill. Will never buy appliances there again! I ordered appliances in December for May delivery (wall oven and cooktop). They asked for full payment in April in order to secure my May delivery date which I did. I also added an appliance (wash tower) to my order and paid for it in full (again to secure delivery date). I was called by the delivery department to ask if I wanted all appliances delivered together or wait until everything was in stock because they were waiting for the recent item I ordered. I asked to have all delivered together because they were going to charge for delivery twice. When I called in June to find out about delivery date, they said my appliances (all except the wash tower) have been delayed until July! Although they didn't admit to it, I believe they bumped my original order for the wall oven and cooktop because I asked for one delivery once all appliances arrived. I asked to cancel the original order and refund my money which they have had since April (with no guarantee of delivery!) I've been told head office will issue me a refund once my wash tower is delivered which will be in 11 days!!!! What a horrible experience!

Delays - Disappointment - Do not shop here!
I want to add to the many reviews outlining the horrific customer experience with Tasco (Toronto location). Before we ordered our appliances in October 2020, we specifically asked our sales rep if they would be ready for our renovation that was slated to begin on February 1, 2021 (four months later). He said that it would “not be an issue”. We requested a January 15, 2021 delivery date just to be on the safe side. We even asked about whether the ongoing pandemic would pose an issue to the delivery date….The sales rep seemed confident that it would not be a problem.
Then the nightmare began: Tasco delayed our appliances FOUR TIMES; from Jan 15 to Jan 29 to Feb 5 to Feb 26….which delayed our renovation. On February 5, I even tried contacting the Manager (Ron Hall) at Tasco, both by phone and email, to express our deep concerns about the ongoing delays…After so many delays, he did not even have the courtesy or professionalism to phone me back to offer any solution, and replied in a short email response that I was to deal with the sales rep.
When I spoke to the sales rep on February 5 to tell him that our project was now postponed due to the delays, and that we would need assurance that the appliances would be in for the end of March….he said that the latest arrival date looked to be April 9…so we postponed the start of our renovation again to mid April. He did refund our money for the cooktop which he said was now “out of stock” and we ended up buying another one at Costco that was both in stock and ready to be delivered.
On March 9, I phoned the Tasco delivery number to check the status of our order only to be told that the new expected delivery for our fridge would now be JULY 23, 2021 (NINE MONTHS AFTER WE PLACED OUR ORIGINAL ORDER)!!!!!! And they had not even called me to inform me earlier…I had to phone them to find out this unacceptable and ridiculous timeline. You can only imagine our incredible frustration being left in a lurch once again.
We asked the sales rep for an immediate refund of the remaining items that were back ordered (only the hood vent apparently had come in) as we had no more confidence in Tasco nor were we going to wait another 5 months for the rest of our appliances! He, did, in fact, refund the items immediately. Truthfully, dealing with him overall was the only slightly positive thing about the Tasco experience as he was personable enough and did return my emails (even on his day off). He, too, seemed overwhelmed with what seemed to be an ongoing issue for product availability. Unfortunately, in the end, he and Tasco could not deliver on the promised items in time.
We went to Best Buy, where the service was amazing, they price-matched, and our remaining items are expected to be in by the time they are needed for our renovation.
We understand that the pandemic puts additional strain on companies for the delivery of products; however, we ordered items from THREE other merchants (Costco, Best Buy and TAPS) and none of them had any issues in the delivery of what we wanted. We had also planned everything five months before the start of our renovation.
Tasco failed on all fronts....I would never step foot inside Tasco or recommend them to anyone. You will be left stranded and scrambling for your appliances….RUN AWAY and go to a more reputable merchant who will actually deliver the products, and whose Manager values customer experience enough to actually phone a customer back.

Thieves and liars! They take your money, promise a delivery date, and a few days before delivery they say oops! We don’t have what you paid for, what we told you we have, what we promised to deliver on a delivery date. We just don’t have it and we don’t care about it.

Bobby is the reason we keep coming back to the Brampton Tasco store. He is courteous and very knowledgeable . He has actually made appliance shopping enjoyable with his professionalism and caring attitude.

Customer Service - are you kidding? Non-Existent once you have paid
Having ordered a house full of appliances from Tasco in 2019, we finally received everything we ordered by May of 2020. After installation, we noticed that the inner stainless skin our Bosch dishwasher was rusting (after two uses). I contacted our sales person who asked me to send them the invoice number, so he could forward the issue to customer service (sic) - which I did, after twelve days we had heard NOTHING. I sent another e-mail to the sales person, who didn't even bother to respond. So, I contacted the customer service department through their website portal (back in October) - NO RESPONSE. Last week I called and asked to speak to the store manager, Ron Hall, I got his voice mail box, and the message told me to send him an e-mail for a quicker response, so I did, it is now almost a week since my e-mail and guess what - NO RESPONSE. I think they might be waiting for the warrantee to expire - they certainly are not operating in any way consistent with their stated mission: “Everyone...passionately, professionally creating loyal customers for life.” Everyone except the salesman and people in charge at Tasco.

Worst customer service experience ever! Spent a lot on appliances. Ordered panel ready fridge and dishwasher. Sales rep never mentioned additional cost to install panels. Sales rep never mentioned possibility of back order delays. Put down deposit. Supposed to be delivered beginning of Nov. never heard from them. When we called beguof November they said well we never heard because we hadnt paid. We hadn’t paid in full because we’re waiting to hear deliver details. Then they said fridge back ordered to mid December. We paid in full, big mistake! Then we heard from anonymous customer service rep that fridge back ordered to July 2021. I complained. We had cupboards designed specifically for the fridge. I complained as they hadn’t warned us of potential delay. Then we heard again now it back ordered to end of February. When we asked for the installation of the panels to be comped for all of the hassle they said nope is extra 590$ even though they failed to mention it when we bought. So I tried to email store manager. His email is blocked to external emails (I wonder why?). So I emailed corporate customer service manager. Twice they promised to have someone contact me about the fridge delay. Twice no one followed up. Worst customer service experience ever. Once they have your money they don’t care at all. Don’t buy from Tasco ever.

The customer support has very little clue around delivery. The day before my shipment I received a confirmation call. I was informed that my Tasco shipment included both Tasco and SubZero products bound for shipment the next day. After a quick hold, the flustered rep said she had misspoken and my shipment would not include the SubZero product. I asked why and she gave no answer. Hmmm so she gave me a phone number to call SubZero, but seeing that it was past 6:00 pm nothing was open. Ok so what next? Like a mad women I called my sales rep Gabriel (Pickering Tasco) and of course he was gone for the day. Turns out my entire shipment including both Tasco and SubZero were on the same truck. Honestly this is just the beginning of my saga with Tasco. There’s the story of my trying to make extra payments against my SubZero order (which my sales rep Gabriel was unhelpful). It took weeks to sort out how to make extra payments. Then the issue of having my wrong address and going through hoops to make corrections between Tasco, SubZero, with unanswered emails, calls and constant follow up and escalations. Then there’s the back order issue, where I ordered a filter only to find out it had shipped to the wrong store and Gabriel having me drive to Pickering which was not even there. Then there’s the “complementary induction pot set” for my new induction range. I will most likely never see it! Wait there’s more... I had emailed Gabriel and SubZero to postpone my delivery due to contractor delays and after several follow up and telephone calls I finally got through to Gabriel to confirm this postponement. He says sure I can make the change... but “are you sure this is the last change because I have to spend over 1 hour on hold with SubZero and this is a waste of my time.” Honestly my head spun... when did customer service mean so little??? Gabriel may seem helpful at the onset, but what he lacks is good old fashion post customer care. He ALWAYS passed me off to others and was unhelpful. Please read this review because you will find yourself disappointed with Tasco experience.

Buyers be ware... our appliances were delivered in stages, purchased installation never happened, we had to hire private installer, Tasco never return our money.

I reached out to Tasco on Aug 7, 2020 and ordered a washing machine as my existing one was starting to show problems. I ordered ahead of time so I could have it replaced before it stopped working. The Sales Rep I chatted with online told me that they would have one in stock in a few weeks. I had to go through multiple emails and calls and finally touched base with him and put down a deposit...He originally sent me a link to pay in full(!) By the end of August I was told that there was a delay and I should expect something by mid September. I received a call later and was told that the stocks should be available closer to Sep 26. When I followed up later I was told that they were still out of stock. On Sep 29 my washer started leaking and water went into my basement. I called the store and could not get to the Sales Rep. I was transferred to another department and waited on hold for over an hour (not exaggerating - the timer was on my phone) only to be told that the delivery had been pushed out 1 more month! I called Canadian Appliance Source and they had the exact same model available and delivered in 2 days. Since then I had emailed the Sales Rep multiple times as I could not reach him over the phone. I received an email on Oct 15 promising me that the order had been cancelled. On Nov 20, I received a call from their "collections" department telling me that the washer was available and that my order had not been cancelled. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with the purchase of a major appliance.

Just stay away worst service I have ever had. I bought a new appliance and with in 10 month it stopped working. It took 6 phone calls each over 30 mins to finally get date for service. When the day came for the service no one showed up. Just do your self a favour and buy your stuff some where else.
