The strap is very poor quality for the price. The magnet does not work and look ridiculous with an elastic band around it to keep it in place. It falls off at the slightest movement.

Poor quality straps
Ordered one watch strap for my Garmin and it kept coming lose, and the replacement band is doing the same thing. Really poor quality attachment mechanisms. Customer support were good but that's fairly useless if your products are bad.

Hinge not secure
There was no issue with the service and delivery. The strap is disappointing as it flicks open on one hinge periodically. Not very secure.

No sign of my purchased item, update, it arrived.
No sign of my purchased item. The tracking shows the item hasn't been registered with the delivery company days after the order was placed. I emailed strapshop to ask what is going on, got an autoreply email with no follow up contact from a representative. Updated, the item arrived today, the shipping company tracker is still showing it as awaiting to be registered with them. That anomoly would cause concern. Strapshop please contact your delivery agent and fix that issue. Update 29Aug25, Strapshop email reply, they will engage with their delivery company to fix the issue with the delivery company's parcel status displayed. I changed to 5 star as the issue I experienced was not the fault of strapshop but the fault of the delivery company parcel tracking information.
