Update March 6 2025 if you read nothing else, read this update
***Please do yourself a favour and do not play at this casino. They show incompetence in the financial department. They cannot even effectively do a bank transfer. The vip manager whom I said was the casinos only saving grace well actually has a dual personality. What seemed like a genuine helpfulness has turned to a dismissive, rude and reluctant attitude. Promises are made and never upheld. There are many online casinos out there that offer more selection of games, a much better bonus structure and more. Competent financial team who can effectively process withdrawals and not take 2 weeks to do so. IMO they keep withdrawals in pending status or reject them because they want you to just play your winnings while waiting because no other casinos has made it so difficult for me to withdraw winnings. ***
It has been weeks now and they keep rejecting my withdrawal regardless of method I use. They say I’m entering the wrong details. I ask them what they want and they never give me a straight answer. They finally suggested a manual withdrawal and I accepted but now they won’t reply anymore. I have a large amount to withdrawal and hope they dedicate themselves to finding a solution. I’ve had transfer from all over the world to my account in the past 30 yrs. Never ever had I been told that my information is wrong. This has been the most frustrating experience ever.
Their only saving grace is Lea, their VIP manager who responds every day at no matter what time. She’s honestly tried to help. They are lucky to have her. As for how this casino works and their finance dept, definitely a thumbs down.

Auszahlungen werden solang hinausgezögert und nicht bearbeitet, bis man storniert. Selbst nach Eingabe der Auszahlungsanfrage kommt ein Angebot das man 100% extra bekommt wenn man diese doch nicht abschickt.
In über 100 Casinos niiiiiie sowas erlebt wie hier: unnötige Nachfragen welche andere Casinos komischerweise nie hatten, tagelanges nichtbearbeiten ohne Grund etc.
Absoluter Gipfel der Frechheit: Es werden durch das Treueprogramm automatisch Bonusse aktiviert in Form von Bargeld, was ja prinzipiell nett ist. wenn man dann aber mal wieder eine Echtgeld Einzahlung mit Bonuscode macht weisst der Support NACHHER darauf hin, das man für Promos gesperrt sei weil man zuviel Bonusse nutzt. Haha, sie aktivieren die ungefragt und betteln darum das man die Auszahlung zurückzieht und nachher sagt man sie nutzen zuviele Bonusse, einfach unseriös!
Fazit: ca 6 Einzahlungen über ca 300 Euro, ca 20 abgebrochene Auszahlungen über ca 10.000 Euro (die Hälfte vom Casino abgebrochen, oftmals angeblich weil meine Bank die Annahme verweigerte haha) und dann wird einem ernsthaft noch gesagt man dürfe keinen Bonus mehr nutzen. Allein schon das man alle Promos auf der Website & Mail weiterhin anbot und erst NACH Einzahlung per Chat das sagte ist absolut indiskutabel, noch dazu bei einem Spieler wo bisher 0 Euro ausgezahlt bekam.
Fazit: Selbstsperre des Accounts aktivieren lassen und nun eine der tausend Alternativen nutzend, bisher sperrte mir noch nie ein Casino die Boni! :)

Exploit players with gambling issues
This casino exploits players that have gambling issues. I am a victim of this. They suddenly closed my account and claims that i earlier commicated that have gambling issues. Now they wont and cant provide proof of my request. In the meantime they have let me deposit and play while they should have protect me and close my account instantly.
I suspect that they have multiple casinos under the same mother company. Probably i requested closure of my account on one of their other casinos. Based on this they should have blocked my registration and the possibility to deposit and play right away. They have stolen my money for a certain period and then closed my account while they knew of the gambling issues.
Now they wont reimburse my money because they handled the closure in a timely fashion.
I wont backoff until they reimburse a part of my money.
Very sad and unprofessional!
Trust they take their responsibility and provide a reasonable solution.

Thanks for the update. Trust you will settle this issue fairly and adjust your systems in the future so you can actually protect players which cant afford to spend money gambling...in the case you have this information upfront and available.
