no doubt one of the worst most trash shops I bought sneakers form. First they have that idiotic policy where you need to place a different order, if you want to change a first order. Second of all they have the most incompetent employees, this !d!ot told me they will refund my money when the package shows as refused with the delivery company. But then they said I'm getting my money when they get the package. WHICH THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND IT'S TWO DIFFERENT THINGS

Ich habe für meine Tochter UGG Schuhe bestellt und nach 2 mal tragen, sind die vorne komplett aufgerissen, dass kenne ich garnicht von Original UGG Schuhen, ich habe meine schon seit 5 Jahren und die sind nicht beschädigt, ich vermute das es keine Originale UGG sind. Den Kundenservice versuche ich seit 2 Tagen eine Mail zu schicken, alle Mails kommen zurück und können angeblich nicht zugestellt werden, ganz komisch alles.

Sneaky Company. Terrible service. Operating within Google U.K. and marketing their products in British Pound. They operate from Poland and you’d fall for their prices where you’d end up paying 40% more for the customs fee.
Their FedEx driver had falsely competed delivery of the parcel. By signing a random name on the delivery note. I Bought an item for apprx £500 where I paid a £130 customs fee without realising I had to pay it. FedEx forced me to pay this otherwise they wouldn’t release the parcel from their depot. Then FedEx driver had supposedly delivered the parcel 45 mins away from my address. As it was a high value item. By filling a fake delivery note. Seller saying is not their fault and they are investigating with FedEx. Now I’m to blame because I paid £500 for something they not only did not deliver. It has been misplaced by the drivers this sellers use. If you are buying from U.K. avoid this at all costs. I’m getting help with my bank about this. The shop operating from Poland won’t be able to help recover your money nor your parcel. Avoid this company at all costs! For the money you end up paying you’d get similar items from mainland U.K. without headache.

I has a few questions before ordering and there team were so fast coming back. I placed the order and fedex delivered in 2 days. Brilliant service. The boots were cheaper than anywhere else and with the Black Friday code I saved 110 pounds!!!!

what I didn’t know was there was a 60 quid shipping charge from FedEx. I still saved money but might have been worse off if I didn’t have the code.

Compre unas zapatillas siendo el numero de pedido 1391907 después de entrar para al formulario para devolver y salirme del formulario sin querer, no puedo acceder de nuevo, pido que me envíen un correo para restablecer la contraseña y no me llega y actualmente no puedo ni entrar en la cuenta, ni devolver el producto y teniendo en cuenta que hay que pagar los gastos de envió de la devolución.
Espero respuesta lo antes posible y espero que arreglen la pagina web porque es nefasta.

Heb sneakers besteld op 13-11-2022 en betaald via IDeal. Nu is m’n bestelling echter geannuleerd omdat deze niet betaald zou zijn.
Via Facebook contact gelegd met bedrijf, printscreen gestuurd van de bank dat het daadwerkelijk van m’n rekening is geboekt.

I was put off by a lot of negative reviews but decided to order anyway as you have to give companies a chance and I'm glad I did, I purchased a pair of on running £50 cheaper than everywhere else and they were delivered just as quick as ordering from a UK retailer

The shoes are legit and I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again not would I have a problem recommending them to anyone

Se potessi non metterei neanche una stella. Ho pagato un paio di Jordan 150€ e mi hanno spedito la scarpa di un numero diverso da quello che avevo ordinato e oltretutto è pure un fake. Fa una puzza di cineseria incredibile,ho scritto via mail e ovviamente non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Adesso il prossimo passo è la denuncia postale.
Vergognatevi c’è gente che fa dei sacrifici per potersi permettere un paio di scarpe da 150€. Spero che un giorno Dio ve la farà pagare.

Tried to order some goods from their website. Promise fast, free delivery. But the first issue I've encountered was that there was no payment method available, nor anyone has sent me any invoices or instructions for the payment. Had to chase them myself, it took them 24 hours to respond to each of my queries (first they gave me standard payment details which are also available on their website, not suitable for foreign transactions, therefore had to chase them some more) which slowed down the process and resulted in cancelled order (there is set frame of time when the goods need to be paid for, but because I did not have details who to make payment to, they simply cancelled my order). Therefore, although great variety of products at good prices, terrible service and communication. Shame couldn't have items that have ordered. Advice for SneakerStudio: improve your communication and payment experience and your client numbers will double. Upsetting, if I knew from the start, would have gone somewhere else to purchase the goods and received them on time (for my holiday)

Je rencontre des difficultés de connexion sur le site suite après avoir commandé un produit, ce qui me rend perplexe malgré les avis positifs sur trustpilot, j’aimerais a quelques éclaircissements..

Pas très satisfaite passé commande d’un article affiché partout à 95€ article à 70€ chez eux ( même couleur même référence)
Je passe commande et au bout de 4/5 jours on me dit qu’il y as une erreur sur le prix du site et annule la commande
Bon ils m’ont remboursé mais un prix affiché doit être vendu au prix affiché même en grande surface
Surtout que sur leur site le prix et toujours à 70€ ! 10 jours après !
Ils m’offrent une remise de 30% sur un prochain achat

Ordered 3 pairs of trainers from here. Good price and good quality however it was not very clear that there would be an intentional shipping invoice tax from FedEx after purchasing due to the company being based in Poland. I have now received a bill for £70!!! on top of my initial purchase. This has been very unexpected and put me under a lot of stress. BE VERY CAFEUL!

Great value and I was amazed how fast the delivery was - I got my items sent from Poland to the UK and they arrived in under 48 hours.
I had been a bit wary about buying stuff from abroad but I'd definitely order from here again. Also I thought I my card might be charged in Polish Zloty or Euros and I'd be charged a fee by my bank but it was done in Pounds so even better,

Ho ordinato due maglie HUF una marrone ed una nera. Oggi 14/10/2022 ricevo il pacco e la merce ricevuta risulta contraffatta ( non originale ) Io possiedo una maglia HUF stesso modello ma in colorazione bianca acquistata sul sito ufficiale HUF e dal confronto con la maglia in mio possesso le maglie ricevuto hanno un tessuto scadente e le etichette interne oltre ad essere completamente diverse da quelle della mia maglia , mancano delle istituzioni di lavaggio cosa obbligatoria per tutti i capi di abbigliamento.
Ho aperto un reclamo anche su PayPal e scritto a Sneaker Studio che pretendo un rimborso e spese di spedizione a loro carico

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP... I ordered 2 pairs of trainers from these and I have received a £61.19 VAT Bill from Customs which I have to pay. I have sent one pair back as they were unsuitable and I still have to pay the VAT bill. This shop do not want to help that I have only have 1 pair and they are doing nothing about the VAT.
DO NOT BUY AS YOU WILL PAY MORE DUE TO THE VAT.

Great! Very helpful customer service! In 5 b.days I've got 2 pairs of redwing iron ranger one of which I returned and in 14 days as they promised I've got my money back. I'd purchase again and definitely will recommend the store.
