Dresses up my cabinet

I love these handles! Have a mid-century art deco vibe. They are nicely weighted so you can really feel the solidity of the metal when you open the cabinet.

Fake website

Chinese, faceless company. No order received, just polite, presumably AI emails. £45 gone, nothing received a month later. No way of finding out where my money went or where my handles went, I suspect the handles don't exist.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. You can't phone them as they don't publish their number. Emails can take 48 hours to be responded to.
When I did get a response and checked stock of an item on their website, they told me all sizes were out of stock!
I think the support dept is based in the USA!

Not responded to my e-mail 3 weeks ago

I ordered these handles on the 21st December..they took quite a while to arrive but I suppose it was over Christmas so didn't think much of it. They didn't look right for what I wanted so I e-mailed on the 10th January asking if we could get a refund...I would have been prepared to accept an exchange which would have resulted in me spending significantly more money but 21 days later...still no response. I couldn't afford to wait any longer, so yesterday I ordered some handles from Scandi handles and they arrived less than 24 hours later. Wished I'd just gone straight to Scandi handles to be honest as I now have these handles from Golden Warm I have no idea what to do with :S.

Perfect handles

Although the courier arrived much later than expected, the customer service contacted me in advance, as I expected, because of Black Friday...
The handle is very beautiful, no scratches, and it fits my kitchen cabinet very well, and the size is also very suitable.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. I purchased over 2400.00 in cabinet pulls. They charged my credit card immediately. Then a few days later, I started getting emails saying one I ordered 45 handles of wasn;t in stock, but I size close to it was available. I said okay if there are 45 of those, fine, if not, immediately cancel my whole order as I need matching handles. These unprofessional people wrote me back not only informing me that the 2nd choice wasn't in stock, but 3 other pulls I chose had changed size (????). My request to cancel and refund the entire order was totally ignored. So, again, I emailed them demanding they cancel entire order and refund me immediately. I also contacted my bank and this charge will be disputed. Even possibly fraud for false advertising. Also, they only respond once every 24 hours. This is so unacceptable. To me, it fraud through and through and no way UK. They are not abiding by the e-commerce laws. 1. Use fair business, advertising and marketing practices 2. Provide accurate, clear and easily accessible information about the company and the goods or services it offers. 3. Disclose full information about the terms, conditions and costs of the transaction 4. Ensure that consumers know they are making a commitment to buy before closing the deal. ****Number 4. This company charged me before disclosing they didn't have the pulls I ordered. I can add further but totally illegal and they will not get away with it.

Imported products, quality not reflective of price

Definitely based overseas (china?) the packaging shows its clearly been shipped in which explains the delivery times. The quality was definitely not reflective of the price paid - we ordered a ceiling light, and it was spray painted poorly welded metal & plastic finish, not the ‘luxury’ product advertised. Make sure you read the returns policy also - you will be liable for shipping costs should they ask you to return it, however I wanted to return it and they didn't ask for it to be returned, i had to send photographs of the item being disposed of (i.e. me throwing it into a skip at the tip) however I did get a refund once they received the photos. The product was OK had it been a lower price bracket, but not reflective of the price paid. Main off put for me was the faf with refund.
