Ordered early December still no product, still advertising this company should be banned. Avoid at all cost.

Please avoid these at all costs- ordered something early December for Christmas present, “guaranteed to arrive before Christmas” I’ve chased it several times and no response has been given. Wish I would have read the reviews in advance, it’s quite telling that all reviews are 1 star

I have repeatedly tried to contact this company about my missing order. They are not responding. Not a good look !!!

Facebook keep on letting adverts from scammers on their web site. They should be the ones that pay us back. This the second time I’ve been scammed because of there advertising . KEEP AWAY from CUTIFY they are scammer’s

Buyers beware. I ordered 2 Cutify blenders a month and a half ago and have yet to receive any of them. Sent multiple emails to them to check on the status of the orders and the company did not bother to reply. Lost some money and no blenders received. Highly suspect this is a scam and would like to keep others from falling victim to their scam.

Same thing as other reviews. Ordered product but never received. Please do not order from this company.

No stars actually!!.. complete and utter scam, which was advertised on Instagram!. How awful, this was going to be a Christmas present, and it was never going to arrive. I've only just realised this, a couple of days before the day.
How can these people get through the net?. They've made an awful lot of money out of a fake product!.

Huge scam like everyone is saying, reported to Facebook as such, will see what happens. Thieves stole money from a lot of people, there is a special place in hell for the soulless ghouls at Cutify.

From what I see from the other reviews I'm having the same issues

I ordered on 17th Nov, said "delayed" after a while, have emailed company twice. How they are able to use the Shop tracking app I'm not sure, Shop haven't replied to my query either. Total rip off merchants .

Would love to be able to report this company!!! I am sure whoever got paid knew exactly what they were doing. 1 blender at 19.95... so on and so on... 100s if not 1000s of orders... $100 max for the ad. $100 max for the site... Someone was smart enough to con lots of people...

Don't ever order anything from this company. Their customer service is all automated. Can't get a response or refund for products that have not been delivered.

I’ve had the same experience as others. I placed an order 2 months ago that hasn’t arrived. I’ve emailed three times and just get an auto response saying they’ll get back to me within 24 hours which they don’t. I posted this comment on their Facebook page and they deleted it. It’s basically a scam.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid for goods I didn’t receive. After trying the email address 3 times and getting the same automated response, there is no other way to contact the company. I am now going through my bank to try to get my money back.

Still haven’t received my order, and after several tries on their facebook page i am now blocked. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

You got a 1 because you don’t have a 0 . Do not under any circumstances buy from this so called company they are a disgrace . If this is how America treats its customers there is no more to say
