Don’t shop from this site. Never received any products and customer service doesn’t excist. It’s a scam !!!

Like everyone else I lost my money with this company, ordered two blenders on November 2024 for my daughters, and have not received them and have not been able to contact this website. Completely SCAM!!!!!!!
Still see these advertisements everywhere and I’m sure people everywhere and every day get SCAMMED by this 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 this needs to be STOPPED

Scam!!! Close this company down! They’ve made enough money off of us!!! They make it look good but just try contacting them when you don’t receive their product! Impossible! How can people like this get away with this crap?????

Zero stars. Not phone number, no answer from the customer service. I ordered 2 blenders. Never been delivered.

Like everyone else, I ordered Dec 3 and have received nothing! I have emailed several times and heard nothing back. Fake site, total scam. I know better but thought this was legit. So disappointed! ZERO stars!!!

Scammers I ordered 2 blenders in October and now 5th January 2025 still won’t answer emails and no blenders

Zero stars as I was scammed like everyone else. Unfortunately I ordered 7of these blenders for Christmas presents and can’t get information from the seller. Says shipping is delayed. They don’t respond to information. Very disgusted. We take our chances and this one was a bust when ordering online.

Ordered blenders in November and like all other reviewers, I have received nothing. Company sends a generic email response regarding tracking. Clearly a scam website and I would certainly like to know how to have them shut down

Please beware of this fake site! I ordered 3 portable smoothie makers on 20/10/2024 and received confirmation of my order. On 22/10/2024 I received an email from this fake site informing me that my order is on its way and I should expect it in 5 to 16 days… I have emailed them on several occasions after giving it 30 days to receive zero responses so I guess they got what they wanted from me and I got fleeced by a fake site, seller who appears to have ripped a few people off reading the rest of the reviews. Can someone please let me know how I report this seller to stop them from ripping anyone else off?

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a blender in November for a Christmas present, received a tracking notification on 3rd Dec but no tracking number! No response to emails and of course nothing has arrived. Reading everyone’s reviews I’m guessing a possible scam company? DO NOT ORDER! Update: I have just received (3 Jan) an automatic response blaming Canadian postal strikes and offering a refund, will do as they ask for a refund and see what happens.

UPDATE: January 17. Still no refund or product. DO NOT ORDER.

How can you improve if you are a scammer. I am so glad I only order one blender.

I ordered one of the blenders and when I first contacted them they told me to use a tracker. The window of the time for delivery had passed. I sent several other emails and now the tracker no longer works. Any suggestions for how to recover money

Ordered a small blender and never received it. Be careful! It’s scam!!!

AVOID this company. Ordered goods not delivered as promised in time for Christmas. If you try to contact them you just get an automated response. Lesson learned. Look up company first if you see it on Facebook

Ordered 2 portable smoothie makers on 7th December. Checked regularly for update on delivery. As Christmas approached I messaged a few times but to no avail. Also emailed. My friend ordered 3 of the same thing and hers also haven't arrived. AVOID

I had ordered juice bottles with names printed on them had to recover my funds as company did not respond of send the goods now listed with visa as a fraudulent supplier.

I ordered a portable blender on the 5/10/24 and have emailed many times to this company that I have not received this blender. It is now 28/12/24
In one of their responses we will refund you, and if the blender turns up just keep it.
Well neither has happened! 😡
I will never order from Cutify again!
I just hope no one else has had this trouble!
They on my opinion have stolen my money!
By the way I didn't order from their sight, I ordered after seeing it on Facebook. Just goes to show what you also see on Facebook is fraudulent!

I have no tracking information and after seeing 22 unanswered complaints on BBB, about products never received, i know i have been scammed
