Ordered a portable smoothie maker. Have waited 2 months and never received the product. Tried to contact customer services but never received response. Can’t believe I fell for the scam.

Never received the blender. It’s a scam!!I found out through Facebook that cutify was scamming people I ordered the blender in November and never received it. I had a screenshot of the order so I had an order number and when checking on the website it would say to wait a few days and if I did not receive it then I could try to email the company for a refund but when I did emailed them they never replied. I emailed them several times. Now the website is not available anymore. They moved on.

I've been waiting for my blender over 2 weeks going on 3 weeks. That's never received it. I'm trying to get a refund and it's like an automated robot that you cannot reach a human being. I am very sad with this company and me that scammers!. What goes around comes around. Hopefully, they'll get back to me soon.

Not possible to give a negative review. Total scam. Might as well burn your money. Reported to bank fraud section

I ordered the 3 pack blender for Christmas gifts. I never received nor have I received my refund like promised. This is a scam. Now they are selling under Amazon. I can’t get a response from anyone. I have sent multiple messages.

Can’t believe I fell for this. Luckily their website is offline but already saw someone on Facebook saying they are advertising under another name. Same story as the others: ordered in November, received nothing. Mailed multiple times, had an interesting convo with their chatbot. But nada

I’d love to write a review for the Cutify smoothie blenders I ordered and paid for over a month ago …… but I’m still waiting for them to be delivered !
No reply to my emails asking where they are either 🤬

I have not received my order what a dam shame

I ordered my blender in November 2024. They all responded up until December. The last notice I received was you will have it by Christmas. Not! Now, of course the website is down. The last message I got from them was to write the word refund and they would refund me and I haven't seen that either. Very frustrating!!!

I ordered a blender in October 2024, and as it seems with everyone, I never received it and have never received a reply to me numerous emails. I used the chat bot on their website (which is now no longer available) which told me several times I’d be issued a refund that I also never received.
I’m seeing some people say they got a refund by filing a complaint. Can someone tell me how they did that as I have run out of ways to get this sorted.

I searched the company on gov.uk and if it’s the same company, it says they were dissolved in 2020. I have reported to action fraud.

Scam company

Ordered the portable blenders 3 months ago. Out $60. The automated response says it’s on its way. Now says a refund is coming to my card. That was weeks ago. Scam scam scam. I want my money back!!

I ordered two portable blenders almost two months ago. They never arrived and I am out $35. I want my money back or the blenders. This goes beyond ridiculous. I ordered about one month before Christmas as these were to be gifts. I have two disappointed grandsons.

I never did receive my order or my refund, It was a scam so be careful with this company. I did order thru Facebook so that may of been why it was a scam. They only got 20.00 from me.

Ordered well before Xmas, specified 'expedited delivery' but the week before Xmas the tracking said 'delayed'. Goods never delivered and now see the website is not available. Have contacted our credit card company who have retrieved our money.

Horrible company!! Scammers & thieves!! Do not purchase from these POS!

Scammed out of two blenders. Now website doesn’t exist anymore.

Ordered a blender on the 5th January 2025. Received an email notification with order number but nothing since then. I have chased numerous times via email and have never had a reply. If anyone has been successful on getting their money back, do let the rest of us know (as this seems to be the norm looking at various other comments)
