I purchased 3 items from this company 3 months ago and still have not received my items! I have sent 30 email requesting a refund and they just keep responding with an automated message!
I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I am very disappointed with cutify's services. I placed an order in September and now it is almost December and I have not received my order regardless of contacting them multiple times.

I'm beginning to think that this is a scam. I don't know what to do to get my money back.

If anyone is thinking of buying something there,please don't! Unless if you want to be scammed like I was!!

Scam stay away.... Took my money but no items delivered.

I wouldn’t even give 1star but unfortunately no option.
I like many others wished they had checked reviews would have saved myself money and frustration.

Total scam. Should have checked here first. Never got it despite following up many times.

Never received products. Every time I emailed they said shipping was delayed. After 6 weeks I contacted my bank and they reversed the charges. Now the bank will see if they respond.

SCAM! Order never arrived and now contacting my credit card company to get my money back.

Pure scam! No delivery - no contact.

Never received my order. No tracking.

There should be a 0 star options or -100 star option.
I ordered mine thinking they are good presents for my children. They NEVER arrived then I saw this review. I'll check this review everytime I plan to purchase something from individual websites now. Sorry for those small businesses who try to sell their products without going through Amazon. These scammers make the individual sites lose credits.

Like everyone else here after weeks of waiting and no updates I've never received my order and have now contacted my bank regarding this. My question is - considering the amount of people who have been apparently scammed by this company, how are they allowed to continue trading with an online presence. Totally wrong that they are able to continue taking people's money.

Ordered in 10/27/2024 & not received blender/cups. Not only did they NOT ship my order. They also hacked my card which the bank shut down immediately. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. Always be wary when ordering products on Facebook. If they don’t offer a secure way to check out like “shop now” or another reputable payment option DON’T GIVE THEM ANY INFO!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!

Very similar to other reports I ordered products on the 5th October. Never received th items and never answered emails. Very poor service. Luckily I have managed to claim my money back via my bank by reporting the scam!

Cutify Blender sept 2024, purchased the cutify blenders which have not arrived it cost me $89 due to being American dollars ! I have sent untold emails to say have not arrived I can’t get track and trace as it does not accept my number, this was back end of September, I am now going to report to police and bank ! Not good enough

This company is a total scam, they take your money and send no product. They never reply to emails so there's no way to get your money back.

I ordered back in August and never have received anything! Email I received said it was delayed delivery and that is it! Very disappointing!!

I wish I had looked here first. I've been waiting for my order to arrive, but nothing. Looks like I've joined the scammers club. So annoyed with myself as I'm usually so careful 😡

Do not buy. It is a scammer. Same as the other reviews: tracking number nowhere to be found and my smoothie maker never arrived.
ADVICE: ‘they’ only contact you when you involve the authorities. It’s nasty, because they can’t get caught this way. (And with ’they’ I probably mean this one person.) So yes, if you are willing to put an effort in: contact your bank, police etc. They never replied to my original emails, but as soon as I reported it to the police: within 20 min I had a reply and a money refund!
