I try to avoid leaving negative feedback, but my experience with Saw.com has been very disappointing.

Years ago, I received a callback after my first message, but since then, no one has ever returned a call. I even added several premium domains, including one for brokerage, to test their responsiveness. Over several days, I called multiple times, left messages, and never heard back.

My domain landing pages with Saw.com only show a phone number, which is never answered. If email is their preferred method of contact, they should display that instead. Otherwise, potential buyers may simply go with a company that actually responds.

Luckily, there are other options for selling domain names where you feel valued as a customer.
