Mandy has such a pragmatic and natural way of dealing with weight loss. She helped me start my journey and stick to it with all her podcast episodes and specially her programme that made me finally understand it all and do it. I don’t feel restricted, I’ve really embraced a new lifestyle and I’m having fun

Mandy is amazing. I loved her practical approach and simple explanations. There was no silly fluff, just tons of great tips, strategies and support. In just 6 weeks I have had the most incredible mindset shift that I have battled to achieve in many years.
I got so tired of the yo-yo dieting and stupid trends and fads. For once I am enjoying my food, eating the things I enjoy and understanding how they contribute to my daily goals. I have lost weight while enjoying bread, pastas and the usual foods you are told not to eat on diets. I finally understand what a healthy relationship to food looks and feels like.

This was a 5-star experience for me.
I was stuck on a weight loss plateau for a while, but now I understand why that happened. My weight started shifting after joining the program and learning the actual fat burning mechanics and possible mistakes I was making. Mandy is genuine and clear with her messages and her story is a great inspiration to anyone struggling with their weight. No bullsh*t, just facts and that's how I want it.

This is what I need to be motivated! Some honesty, no judgemental claptrap. Acknowledges it’s a hard slog. You feel that she genuinely wants you to succeed, and her TikTok’s are fabulous!

After years of unsuccessful attempts, I decided to give it a shot with Mandy. After three rounds of the program, I have lost more weight than I had ever imagined. Mandy is the most genuine, down-to-earth and supportive coach there is. Of course, you have to be willing to commit yourself to consistency and planning to be successful, but Mandy provides you with all the tools and she is always there, supportive without criticizing any missteps, she’s always 100% positive. Being part of the program has changed my lifestyle and my relationship with food altogether, I feel better than ever.

I have been listeninf to your podcast on Spotify and realy enjoy it. Just having trouble with the calorie calculator (I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, but it doesn’t give me annumber as result?

Mandy is so approachable and supportive. No canned responses to questions or struggles; honesty, truth and care is what she offers. Mandy is attentive and authentic. Mandy is quite simply the best coach there is. She is supportive, informative, helpful and funny as anything- She lives in the real world and has sensible approach to weight loss. One thing I really appreciated is that there were no hidden costs - no pressure to sign up to a overpriced recipe club etc for a monthly cost. There is no nonsense here but there is loads of practical help and advice for your personal journey! Do not tell her but I will stay with Mandy forever. She is mucking afazing.

It's not your average one size fits all kind of deal. No, no. Mandy understands that everyone's journey is unique, and she tailors her coaching to fit your specific needs. Talk about dedication! And let me tell you, the program itself is simply amazing. But what really makes it stand out is Mandy as a coach. She's incredible, guys. Trust me, you won't regret giving her program a shot.

your stories make me like we are the same person, you are so inspirational, we still work in hospitality and your podcast numbered 197, whoa, i always tell people this industry has taught me a lot including to not ever think too much of myself and apreciate every department as I too have had to scrub floors and toilets, worked in the Delta for 5 years in Botswana and that truely made me human. ive decided this year i am going to fix what i lost during covid, turning to alcohol to forget was one of my biggest down falls and ive only realized that now, but also know from listening to you is that I am not alone others have and might still also be in a similiar journey. Thank you you inspire more than what you might realize, and wishing you all the best on your journey.

Mandy, thanks for a great 6 weeks. I am not continuing with the program, but I will definitely be continuing with all I have learnt. I will continue to track, measure and live this lifestyle on my own. I learnt the importance of making small and achievable changes. My lifestyle changed through your coaching. I am walking 10 000 more steps a day at least 4 times a week. Thank-you!
