This is the 2nd time I have taken my watch to RS Watch Repair. They are fantastic. Really friendly and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain what will be done and also give a definite price. They are extremely good at keeping you informed on the progress of the repair and completed the job within the agreed timeframe

I’m so pleased I found these guys.. I have a collection of watches and from now on this will be where I come to have them maintained. Friendly, down to earth, well prices service and fantastic communication, what a great company. Highly recommend these guys.

For a small repair the experience was very positive. They were polite, friendly and efficient, work was to my total satisfaction.

I took my 1968 Omega Seamaster into RS Watch Repairs on the recommendation of a friend, and am very glad I did. Very good upfront discussion where they explained that the watch may need to go to Omega Switzerland for specialised servicing (which it did) and gave me pretty spot on estimates of likely costs and timeframe. The final estimate before I agreed for the watch to be sent to Switzerland was even more accurate. But the think that set RS apart (and was a breath of fresh air after previous experiences directly with Omega in the US) was the customer service. Regular updates on status and a quick and simple process at the end to settle up and collect my watch. I couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone with a specialist timepiece to be repaired.

Fully serviced and repaired a luxury watch within 4 weeks (and whilst over Christmas / NY period). Not the first time I've used them. Would recommend if you want a reliable, good value watch repair / servicing.

What drew me to this company was that they actually service/repair the watches onsite with qualified watch repairers. I brought my TAG Monaco for service.
Not cheap, but cheaper that the actual TAG factory and I am sure they would say reassuringly expensive. Good security to the premises, you have to make an appointment, then produce ID. The same when collecting.
They assessed a 4-6 week turn around and did it in less than three.
All the time you are kept informed as to where they are up to by emails and logging into your own account.
When I collected my watch, I received a little package with all serviced parts gaskets etc that had been replaced.
On the whole I couldn’t fault it. My newly serviced watch comes with 2 years warranty.
As I say the only sensitive issue is the price but on the other hand it’s the price you pay for having a premium watch.

This is tge 4th or 5 th watch i have had serviced or repaired via RS watch repairs… i cant recommend them highly enough… exemplary service EVERY TIME !… see you nextvtime guys, thank you once again.
