It was an incredible experience to be part of the recruitment process. I had been searching with other agencies for about four months, going through long and difficult processes. In just two weeks, Remote Leverage connected me with an excellent client, with a great culture, healthy environment, and easy to work with.

Major red flags, do not pay! The only way to recover your "refundable deposit" is through a charge back, as soon as they realize that you are not their cash cow - they 'll ghost you. I paid a $100 deposit, but no Virtual Assistant was placed and no work offer was signed. Only one candidate was presented, and the setup did not allow for a meaningful evaluation. Most concerning is the sales process: the predatory agreement pushed through via JotForm with same-day urgency, points discussed verbally never confirmed in writing, and direct questions about the contract and payment structure redirected into yet another sales call instead of being answered plainly. Communication then stopped. The name on the contract is a different person from who you talk to. The estimated charge of $4k is apparently charged for simply for providing the contact information of the "VA" (!?) Indeed an extreme leverage, pun intended. Industry standards are that at $2.5k you get a VA placed for a specific schedule, with specific KPIs, with follow up calls. Deceptive language throughout the ads and sales, "hire direct, no middle man", but wait, they ARE the middleman; "we provide financing", no, that's just paying in installments. Beware of the urgency sales tactics, opaque ownership, the client-is-always-at-fault style contract, major overhyping of any potential deliverable, and ghosting regarding any refund communications. Borderline a scam.

If I could give this company 0 I would, they have no morals nor ethics’s, they keep clients waiting in a zoom wait room for up an hour with no follow up, when you say something about it, they ignore your emails, stay away from this company if you’re looking for good work ethics and a company with some for or morals

If you're not what they want: their lead workers are RUDE as hell. Like, bro, don't be trying to argue with me over text, or tell me, "to be clear the call isn't for me, it's for you" -- no one asked. There are tons of remote assistants to hire. Don't waste your time with these guys.
