Ryan is the best therapist I have EVER seen, and I have seen quite a few in my time. He immediately identified my left shoulder issue and gave me a series of exercises to complete daily which have helped immensely. The massage and laser treatment were extremely effective and the scan of my body so informative. His approach emcompassing all three aspects is brilliant. I cannot recommend R3 Physiotherapy enough, so much so my husband has already booked in! Thank you Ryan, my shoulder pain has disappeared!

Ryan identified that some of my difficulties were neurological. As such Ryan wrote a letter. Based on Ryans recommendation, I was quickly referred to the hospital neurosurgery team.

Ryan also made several follow up calls, enquiring about my wellbeing.

I have also had several appointments with Ryan, I can gladly state no longer need a walkng stick.

My back felt better after the first few sessions and the heat therapy was very soothing. Overall I am very happy with the service I received and have another session booked.

I’ve had three sessions with Ryan for a knee injury so far and can definitely recommend - he took the time to really understand the issue and my history, and has taken a more holistic approach to treat my knee while also investigating the potential underlying causes to hopefully prevent it happening again.

I was quite nervous about starting physio after a bad experience with another provider years ago but I have had a great experience with R3.

I had two sessions with Ryan for knee pain. Ryan is pleasant and knowledgeable, I got all my questions answered. Left with a better understanding of how to strengthen my muscles. He showed me the exercises to do at home. Feeling much better.

I honestly was a little skeptical that a social media advertisement for a physiotherapist was going to be positive experience, but I couldn't haven't been more wrong.

Ryan is s very knowledgeable physiotherapist!! He has an amazing ability to make you seen as an individual, rather than just another client.

My experience with R3 has been amazing thus far. Ryan has been exceptional with localising my issue and giving me the appropriate treatment and guidance to help with the relief. The atmosphere is nice and calming which makes it easy to talk about personal matters in a comforting manner

My experience with the physiotherapist was excellent and unique

I attended an assessment with R3 Physiotherapy. I was positively welcomed and respected. I felt comfortable enough to discuss my issues even though some quite personal as a stroke patient who had developed osteoarthritis Ryan was very understanding and had no judgment. He checked all my movements and gave me exercises to help alleviate my pain to also help to make movement easier and keep me moving. I use these exercises daily and I know that it has helped me to remain independent I still use a wheelchair but I can stand for longer to wash up and cook. Getting in and out of bed has been made safer and easier
So I recommend the services of R3 to those needing help with joints and or mobility they are great

Okay result was excellent i came home relieved it definitely helped me alot.

I'd almost given up hope. Ryan was the eighth physio I met for ongoing ankle/foot problems, and he was the first to really try to understand the problem, then educate me as to what's going wrong. He said 6-8 weeks and I didn't believe him, but within 8 weeks I no longer had continuous pain, and flare-ups had almost gone. A brilliant practitioner.

I had an incredible deep tissue therapy session with Ryan. He was professional, attentive, and really focused on my specific muscle tension areas. He applied firm pressure just as I requested but always checked to make sure I was comfortable. After the session, I felt noticeably looser in my neck and back, and the lingering soreness I’d had for weeks finally started to ease. The space was clean and relaxing, which added to the experience.
The stretches he showed me to do with the problem areas are seemingly helpful. The best experience was his personality, he was polite, professional and respectful. It was easier engaging with him and comfortably discussing the areas of issue in my body.
I did prefer the Liverpool location though.
I would highly recommend a session with Ryan and you will feel the results.

Ryan and the team were fantastic to work with, throughout the duration of my treatment plan I was able to contact Ryan about adjustments to my plan and suggestions.

The appointments were relatively easy to book.

The sessions from Ryan were great very patient , provided great support and information. Was able to recover over time and Highly recommend!

Treatment plan silver package: Laser heat treatment sessions (I got mine as part of the sale plan so had 3 appointments at a 30% price)

Duration: 3 months treatment

Things to note:

The Ilford centre is essentially at the back of the gym. so might be a weird setting for some.

I do believe the main centre in London Liverpool St is their own so will try out. (will update the review)
