Received expired product!!!

I loved Pure Paw Paw which I bought from Boots last year. Bought through the website since they no longer supply in Boots. Disappointed because I got expired product. I bough in Oct 2020 but received item which expired in Aug 19!! I tried to email the company twice but haven’t receive any reply.

Was sent an EXPIRED item

After trying to make contact via email regarding my order I have had no response.

I was sent an item in April 2020 which had EXPIRED, label printed September 2019. I was trying to make contact and ask as to why this had happened and never received any response.

Poor customer service, will never purchase off this website again due to being sent an expired item with no explanation!!!!!

This stuff is amazing

This stuff is amazing. I had rash for 12 months that no cream was able to cure and no doctor could recommend anything useful. This ointment cleared it up within 2 applications!

Love this product

Love this product. The consistency is not too thin and not too thick. Keeps my lips moisturised and hydrated. I’ve got the strawberry one xx and it smells very lovely

I love this ointment

I love this ointment. Amazing as a lip balm & the flavours are gorgeous. Lasts absolutely ages. Delivery was free and super quick.

Good reviews

Ordered this product after seeing amazing reviews on it, I cannot star it 5 as of yet, as I haven’t used it enough to see if it works as it says, however the customer service, delivery and expectancy of the product have all been fantastic.
