Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the confusion with your subscription.

We want to clarify what happened. When you first made a purchase on February 20, 2026, it was for a subscription that renews every 3 months. We cannot change orders or add a subscription without customer consent, so the subscription was part of your original purchase. We completely understand if this wasn't clear during checkout, and we apologize for any confusion.

We've since canceled the subscription so you won't receive any future shipments or charges.

First, we never want anyone to feel misled. We want to be 100% transparent about what Protaflo is and what it can do for prostate and urinary health, and we're always working to make our messaging as clear as possible.

Regarding other names or recurring payments, we definitely aren't trying to hide. We do not automatically sign anyone up for recurring subscription payments unless that specific option is chosen at checkout. Please also keep in mind that once an order is placed, we cannot change or update it.

We also fully believe in open, honest feedback. We actually wanted to ask what you meant by "blanks"? We want to make sure your voice is heard, so if something is blocking you from sharing your thoughts or if you are seeing blank spaces somewhere on our pages, please let us know so we can fix it.

To clear up how our policy works, we absolutely honor the guarantee for the bottle you opened and tried. For single-bottle purchases, you don't even need to send the bottle back to get your refund. For multi-packs, we do cover that first bottle, but we ask that any extra, unused bottles be returned unopened to prevent abuse of the policy. We see how trying a product for a longer period makes this confusing when multiple bottles are involved, and we are so sorry if the wording left you feeling misled.

I am so sorry to hear about this, and I completely understand your frustration. Since Protaflo is specifically designed to help ease urinary frequency and urgency, it is incredibly disappointing to hear that it actually did the opposite for you.

While Protaflo is built to target the microbiome and bring balance back to your prostate health, everyone's body chemistry is completely unique. Sometimes, as the body adjusts to a new supplement or as the microbiome begins to shift, it can cause unexpected, temporary reactions. That being said, your comfort is the most important thing, and you did exactly the right thing by listening to your body and pausing.
