We made the decision to switch to Prostack this year due to headaches with our previous hosts. It has been a breathe of fresh air to work with a company that just want to help when a problem arises.

We originally setup with one server and noticed the improvement in performance straight away! Then any issues we have or questions are responded to with in minutes, yes minutes!

This then changed to moving over 200 sites to another 2 new servers which was a huge move for us. These were moved manually by the team one by one a huge and not very nice task at all. This was done within days and when updating the DNS everything moved over without issue which just shows how well all the staff focused on the requirements at hand.

A huge thanks to Martin for his suggestions and help setting up the right options for us. Also another massive thanks to Wilson, Denny, Yanis, Nicole and on the later enquiries to Sonia (I really hope I have not missed anyone!). Every person I have dealt with in the team all have the same attitude, professionalism and turn around and are just a pleasure to work with.

We have used pro-stack for years and they have always been reliable. Unfortunately due to a new website we have made the decision to leave ProStack for 80% of our hosting. This is not for any other reason than the new website designer will be hosting the site as part of the development.

We've always taken pride in the fact that we host client websites on high-specification servers, giving them accompanying support accordingly. This not only results in a painless experience for them but also for us.

Our last hosting company's support dived off a cliff in a really short period of time after they were bought by a Plc, after having been so good previously. All the best staff left. A server migration was abandoned at 2 am as the migration engineer had no internal backup, and their 3rd line support was totally out of their depth. It turned out that of the servers multiple core processors, they'd only enabled one processor! This failing support structure culminated in us stumbling on and making the decision to move to Prostack - and WHAT a good move!

With flashbacks of the down-tooled migration in our mind from the last company, we went ahead anyway, reassured.

The migration was done so efficiently there were practically no issues at all (compared to the old company, where our migration ticket was still open and issues coming up WEEKS after, with their 3rd line still getting stumped), through to wrapping up the usual small gremlins within minutes of reporting an issue.

Not only did we get a server upgrade in the process of moving to Prostack, but the staff also helped us get all of our clients onto Cloudflare for an added layer of security, providing help and support along the way, saving hours of work.

We work and build large systems, some of which have been rolled out to global PLC's. Being supported behind the scenes is extremely important. of course, there's always configuration and snags along the way in this industry, but the important thing for us is how these are issued handled, along with honesty and integrity. Without support behind us, it's impossible to deliver it to clients.

We would thoroughly recommend Prostack, who continue to bend over backwards to give us the best support I think we've had in a long time.

Okay, that may be a slight fabrication but it was by far the smoothest server migration we've had so far, they made certain that all our settings were copied across correctly, no SSL import issues, no missing modules, no email dropouts or missing orders. Everything just worked!

We had a checklist supplied to us to go through to ensure everything was prepared correctly prior to the server move and guidance for after the move had been finished, fantastic stuff.

Support were available there for us throughout our midnight switch over via live chat, email and yes, even on the phone which can be invaluable sometimes.

We're rather happy with the new server set-up and even gained a bit of a quicker load time in general compared our previous hosting provider.
