They were out of a certain size so I contacted them to let me know when it came back in stock. They let me know that the item came in that day and for me to order and they would just send the correct product.

I have a pullover that I purchased over 20 years ago wearing during my golf outings. Quit playing regularly for over 18 years, now retired do back at it and still wearing my pullover. So decided to purchase again for my golf wear. Very satisfied again except one thing. Why in the hell do you put the zipper pull-up on the wrong side!!! Ours in Merica are reversed. Now that comment was just a lil joke.Thanks.

Ordered on Christmas Day and didn’t take long to arrive

Love the jumper; soft, not too heavy, warm, windproof and shower proof to boot! My second one of these and highly recommended. Brilliant for playing golf in, especially on chilly days! Very prompt despatch too.

I received the jacket ahead of schedule. I have worn it three times now in both very chilly weather and in rain. It’s the best jacket I’ve ever owned. I would not hesitate to order additional products in the future. Well done

The item was too small. There is no exchange mechanism. The site requires that you return the item for a refund and purchase a new item of different size.
The item was returned 24 days ago (receipt confirmed) but I am still awaiting a refund.

As it is an Christmas gift I-have so far not had any response from my son in law but the delivery time was excellent

The telephone call following my online order informed me that the waterproofs I had chosen were no longer available in the navy colour. I changed the colour to light blue. Later I asked over the telephone to change this the black. I was told that the parcel had already been posted but that I could return it on receipt and a black set would be sent out in replacement. Within an hour the company telephoned again to let me know that the parcel had been intercepted and the black suit posted. Wonderful personal surface line this is extremely rare these days.

It was simple to order and delivered on time.
It is a Christmas present so we are hoping it fits.
