Primepaint Arvostelua 60

Ordered on 29th June. Delivered on 7th July. Ignoring weekends that has been super quick and inside the delivery promise time lines and saved us 20% on a reasonable order. Well happy. Would highly recommend

I liked the fact that the paint was cheaper than any shop close by to me.
However they should rename their business
Prime “takes a long bloody time” !!! paint
18 days I had to wait , when it clearly advertises delivery within 10 days.
It’s a shame their excellent response to emails isn’t replicated with their delivery times.
I would use them again but make sure I ordered well ahead. Frustrating when you have limited time off to paint.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company saying I’ve received paint but haven’t paid for it, contacted my bank which reassured me it’s been paid, threatening me with small claims court for money, disgraceful

Provided that you order well in advance and ignore the 10-day delivery mention on the website you will be as delighted as we were with Prime Paint.

Not only significantly cheaper than other suppliers, their customer service responses by email were lightning fast and the website itself was easy to use.

Ordered from Primepaint some Farrow and Ball paint on the Sunday night. Sent an email on Monday saying can you deliver urgently. Within an hour they had confirmed to me next day delivery

I couldn't be happier with the price and the service from Primepaint! I placed my order on 19th May and took delivery of beautiful, genuine Farrow and Ball paint on 24th May at 20% less than retail. I needed to contact the company and received an answer to my email within an hour. First class service and wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again,

I ordered on 19th April. I emailed to enquire when to expect a week later and Steve emailed back on 30th April to say it was scheduled for Friday 2nd May. Nothing arrived and I’m still waiting. I’ve emailed twice to follow up and no communication which I find so poor. I spent £443 so that’s a lot of money and Im starting to worry!

Edit: 13th May - paint arrived. The timing was less of the issue… no communication is not acceptable.

However I am really pleased with the value of the paint and can now get on with my renovations!

Really impressed with this company and communication via email. My paint took 3 weeks to arrive but I knew it would take a some time based on other people’s reviews. This was fine with me though and I was ordering to get the 20% saving compared to if I was to buy farrow and ball elsewhere. If you order in advance and don’t mind waiting 2/3 weeks, you can’t go wrong. Wanted to leave a review as initially I was worried to order because of the reviews. But I’m glad I did! On another note, the paint is perfect and came very well packaged. Thank you!

Still trying to get my paint delivered. Initially good communication and promised it would be delivered last week after waiting for several weeks.
Emailed twice today with NO reply
I realised around 10days for shipping but this is ridiculous!

Be patient it will arrive!,waited just under 3 Weeks from order to delivery,emailed Stephen after waiting for 2 Weeks he got back really quickly tbf,and he said it will be with you in the next few days,and it was.
Really well packaged,paint in great condition.

Initially we were concerned as we hadn't heard anything and the delivery date was approaching. We went on to the website for contact details but couldn't find any, which was very worrying and then we read some poor reviews over the weekend which fuelled our concerns. So, first thing Monday morning, we contacted Farrow and Ball who assured us that Primepaint was a bonafide customer.
We then contacted Steven at Primepaint and he responded very quickly to every email. He assured us the delivery would be with us this week and it has arrived, as ordered and complete.
Just be patient and allow more than 10 working days and then all will be good and you will have great paint at a good price.

I wanted to give a good review in defence for Prime Paint. I placed an order and saved 20% on the cost of F&B paint which was great and I saw the website note that said delivery takes 10 working days. On day 10 I checked and was advised delivery would be in next couple of days and the paint arrived safely well boxed and exactly what I’d ordered.

My suggestion to Prime Paint would be advise customers it will be 15 working days then I am sure paint will be received within the timescale and it avoids any customer frustration which is evident in the reviews. I also did not receive communication until I used the hello@primepaint email address after which I got an immediate response from Steve, I wondered if the lack of communication was because I opted to not use Shopify app which was the option at checkout.

All in all it was a good service from Prime Paint, check the delivery timescale when you place your order to make sure you are ok with it and remember that you are saving 20% and its worth longer timescales.

Two tins of F&B ball were offered for easily the best price anywhere. Delivery requires patience - luckily I ordered a month before the paint was required. Delivery took longer than expected but Simon replied to a follow up email within a few minutes. Very happy with the paint at the best price on the web by some margin. Ordering in good time is a must.

I have emailed today but can't find anyway of calling you to check the status of my order. I ordered on 22nd February and have yet to receive the order. I was wondering if you could provide an update as I'm not sure if the 'hello' email address is the correct one to contact and I can't make the 'shop' app work to see if I can track my order.

My ordered has still not arrived - ordered 25.02.2025!!!

I ordered 13 days ago and no update on my order received so far. I've sent several emails at their address with no response.
They have no number to contact so we're pretty much blocked at this point. Avoid this seller as it will now deliver on time.

You lie about the shipping then when I ask you about order to be canceled, you say it's too late because it was already shipped. I haven't received any updates on the order, you have no number to reach you, just an email address that you barely respond from.

If you shipped the order as you say, why don't you provide me with a reference number, anything that would help me track my order.

AVOID THIS COMPANY because they are very bad at doing their job.

I placed an order 11 working days ago. Still not arrived. I was told that it would be here by the 10th working day. I received a tracking number for DPD…but they have not received the consignment. I keep messaging customer services who have not replied. I know I saved 20% but that’s not good if the paint doesn’t arrive for the time you need it for. Very disappointing

Fantastic Experience - I feel sorry for these Companies who receive bad reviews purely from people ordering & expecting a quick delivery. The website makes it perfectly clear of the time you should allow/expect your items. This was the best price for Farrow & Ball paint I could find online and received confirmation of my order straight away and an update when the paint was out for delivery. I was not in any hurry to receive the order (again because I read the information on the website as to when to expect it) I will not hesitate to use Primepaint again for my next DIY project. First class all round

Very good price. Ordered paint 12 working days before I needed it. I wrote on day 10 asking for an update. Quick response saying paint was being sent that day by dpd and delivery day 11 or 12. Paint delivered next day on day 11. Can’t fault price and communication. Slight spill from one of tins but nothing dramatic. Would use again. Thank you

Order placed knowing it could take up to 10 days for f and b paint. Order was dispatched on day 9 and arrived day 10 so can't fault their service and would definitely use again.
