I bought a low-cost offer from this website, but after 3 days I was charged for a much more expensive course/subscription. Maybe the paid activation was mentioned somewhere in small print, but it was not clear or obvious during the purchase process.

In my opinion, this is a very misleading sales practice. Customers should be clearly informed before any recurring or higher charge is applied. I did not expect this extra payment and would not have agreed to it if it had been clearly explained.

I do not recommend using this service unless you carefully read every term and condition and are ready for possible additional charges.

Gurugo.me advertised a $9 digital product. Right after I bought it they opted me in to the subscription I had never agreed to. Charged me additional $69 without my authorization. Customer service refuses to refund it back. Be careful! Their terms and conditions are hidden somewhere on their website and are not obvious.

Fraudulent charges for terms not presented or agreed to. I bought a single course. Then they charged me 89 dollars for something I did not purchase or agree to. Customer service asked me to “try the full program calmly” and have done anything but refund the money they stole from my account with a fraudulent charge.

The company is misleading its customers. After you pay for the course, they charge you, but don't give you the course. I spent two days trying to get a link to access the course, but I still haven't received it. After two days of back-and-forth and wasted time, I still haven't received the course.
