Scam company. Lamp doesn’t work and now their email doesn’t respond or tel!

Scam. Ordered amanita lamps 2 month ago and they don't reply the emails anymore. What we can do is report their social networks and maybe a class action lawsuit

They wrote back to me at the beginning, but now they don't even respond to me.
Scammers.

Ordered the sisters in June, was told that they would arrive between the 12th and 14th of July, delivered by FedEx. Nothing arrived . Have received emails from “Sammy” and “Dawn” informing me that they were in production. I tried to track them with the tracking number that I was given but they are not on route. Last few emails I sent either could not be delivered or were not replied to. I’m so annoyed. It was a lot of money and it makes me so angry that these people have just conned me. I’m really interested to find out if anyone has success in tracking these fraudsters

Ho ordinato 4 lampade, non ho mai ricevuto nulla. Nessuna risposta. Fedex non ha mai ricevuto la merce.

Il s'agit effectivement d'un site frauduleux.
J'ai passé commande en juillet et plus de nouvelle depuis.
J'ai demandé un remboursement à ma banque. Ils ont accepté de me recréditer sous couvert qu'ils arrivent à se mettre en relation avec la banque du fournisseur. Ce dont je doute fort.
En attendant, j'ai quand même été recréditée par la banque, j'attends de voir s'ils vont réussir à contacter la banque du fournisseur. Sans quoi je serai de nouveau débitée. A suivre

It is a scam, you will never receive your order

Took my money 3 months age. No light and several emails still no light & no refund!
DO NOT buy from them. Scammers!!!

Waiting more than two months for a lamp which I ordered in early July from this company so today sent emails which all bounced back - so obviously this is a scam! Please don't use them ... who monitors these scammers?

Misschien kan iedereen op Facebook en Instagram een klacht indienen. Hopelijk wordt er dan iets gedaan. Ik heb zelf al meerdere keren een melding gedaan, maar kreeg het idee dat ik de enige ben. Dan gebeurt er helaas niets!

Do not order from this company! Placed lamp order beginning of August, when emailed to ask about status received an email asking to be patient and included link to latest chronic pain secrets. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

If I could rate it 0 I would - total scam- reached out several times with no answer - spent $70 on a lamp and it’s been over three months - don’t order here, I made the mistake of not reading the reviews and believe me will not do that again. Worst customer experience I ever experienced, the need to be reported stealing people’s money.

Total scam. DO NOT PURCHASE!! ordered a lamp 3 months ago. Order number doesn't exist on their system. Can't get through on any phone lines. Don't answer emails. Should be reported as they're ok at taking the money but no product/s.

I'm waiting for my lamp for 2 months now and after an email in July the company does not even bother to reply to my emails! It would be nice to know what is going on and when, if ever, the lamp will be arrive.

Same as everybody else. Ordered july 7th. got a FedEx stamp. Nothing since. Can't get a reply. Emails not answered. Phone doesn't work (at least from Norway).

I expect the money is lost.
