Sidi's coaching is phenomenal. It entirely transformed my approach to cases by explaining how to apply basic logic when solving business problems. It is just a COMPLETELY different level compared to Victor Cheng and similar "gurus". This definitely raised my confidence as I solved cases in real and mock interviews with firm employees. Additionally, I learned how to answer PEI questions in a far superior way compared to weak standard avice such as "use the STAR framework".

1 - Sidi vets his candidates. Prior to working with me, Sidi had 2 calls with me and spent about an hour of his time (unpaid) discussing his offering with me. This ensures he works with capable people who are willing to put in the work and that the candidates know what to expect. I have worked with other coaches where your first paid session is your first time meeting them.
2 - Sidi has long-term relevant consulting experience. Many other coaches have 1-2 years of total consulting experience at the Associate/Consultant level, but Sidi has 7 years of experience at two MBB firms. A lot of coaches were great at recruiting but Sidi has actually been in an interviewer position and knows what to look for in candidates.
3 - Sidi has a "no BS" approach. Practicing cases with Sidi can be tough and he will call you out every time you make a mindless mistake. This helped me incorporate his feedback and feel less stressed during the actual MBB interviews.

I spent a total of 6 sessions together with Sidi where we step by step went through HOW a consultant thinks and WHAT I needed to improve in order to be able to think like a consultant. It takes time, but also proper guidance. I can not emphasize this enough. A lot of resources available on the internet is far from optimal and will often misguide you. Therefore, if you want to invest in your future, you should consider to spend time with Sidi. He is competent, communicates clearly and honest with the feedback. In my case, I was not prepared enough for my upcoming interviews and he was honest with me not being fully ready, and recommended me to reschedule. That was a very good decision because I was able to spend more time practising with his other mentees which resulted in an extended an offer.

Sidi’s coaching is exceptional in every way, but most importantly: It delivers tangible results. I passed 21 out of 22 interviews and got four offers in the end. My offers were with Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman, Strategy& and BCG. While I didn’t pass my final interview at McKinsey, I was not invited to interview with Bain. Having gone through almost all online materials (Crafting Cases, Victor Cheng, Case in Point, CaseCoach, etc.) and having had coaching sessions with other mentors, I was still rejected by an MBB one year ago. This was the main reason I reached out to Sidi. Sidi provided me with a toolkit and taught me a way of thinking that allowed me to solve every conceivable problem in a logical and coherent manner. Once you have internalised his logic, the case itself will become the easiest part of your interviews.

As a former senior interviewer he will help you develop your stories so that they are applicable, cover all necessary dimensions and will leave your interviewer with virtually no questions left to ask. Sidi’s coaching is absolutely excellent. I tested some other coaches as well, but what Sidi really differentiates from other coaches is a) his experience as former Engagement Manager and b) his concise logical structuring of cases. What 99% of other coaches do is teach you how to apply frameworks to solve cases instead of giving you the logical skill set to solve them with first principles. These coaches usually have spent a maximum of 2 years at either McKinsey or BCG (as Associates and Senior Associates) but never really lead projects and therefore had never been in a position to structure projects as well. Furthermore, at most consultancies it isn’t typical to conduct hiring decisions before being promoted to Engagement Manager, therefore they haven’t been in this position either. Overall, I can highly recommend Sidi to anyone who is trying to break into any of the top consultancies.

If you are serious about getting into an MBB and thinking about hiring a coach, look no further than Sidi.

1) Compared with other options: His coaching is eye-opening, highly efficient and effective. I have not seen anything like this in numerous online platforms/ case preparation programmes. I went through a very deep research before deciding and I was absolutely sure that this was the best option.
2) Coaching/ Mentoring: Sidi will teach you how to focus on the important things and not waste time into irrelevant areas. By studying and integrating his approach, one can only be highly confident for his/her interviews, both for Case Interview and PEI part (mine finished very quickly as I nailed the case and we had time to talk with the interviewers in a more friendly setting). At the same time, he is very honest on the timing/ coaching sessions required to get "offer-ready" so do not expect to have sessions that will not bring you high value.
3) After the interviews: Being in a MBB for the last 7 months, I have seen first hand the impact of structured thinking and communication on my daily workstream tasks. By thinking from first principles and communicating top-down as Sidi teaches in an amazing way, I was able to have a strong start and feel more confident.

All in all, I sincerely believe that Sidi is the best option out there if you want to be successful in your interviews.

If you feel insecure in any way in your preparation for MBB interviews, I highly recommend Sidi's coaching. He taught me a logical approach to cases, but also to strategic business problems in general (a real eye-opener!). With the help of this approach, but also through his detailed feedback in our mock interviews and access to the group of fellow mentees, I managed to secure an offer at the MBB company of my choice, which I had previously considered almost impossible for myself. So to make it short: this is a high impact coaching and I can't recommend it high enough: Sidi knows how the interviewer thinks, he knows the mistakes applicants tend to make and gives highly useful individual feedback.

After having gone through six weeks of coaching, I solved the interviews at BCG without any problems and received an offer! Before taking the coaching, I had really struggled and was rejected by another MBB! This time I was able to go into the interviews very confidently! 100% recommendation!

Sidi provides brutally honest and harsh feedback so expect no favours or pats on the back. That being said, his way of structuring cases is by far the clearest and most logical of all case structuring methods I have seen. Also, it doesn’t require prior knowledge or preparation. I would therefore recommend his coaching to those who want to increase their chances of success in a case interview. Sidi also provided a detailed feedback on my CV in terms of both its structure and content presentation. Suffices to say that this combo helped me secure an offer from the MBB firm I applied to!

Getting Sidi as a coach is the best decision I made in the course of my interview preparation journey. He was absolutely key in helping me secure an offer from McKinsey in Paris. As an ex-MBB interviewer, Sidi perfectly knows what the expectations are, but even more importantly he adequately transformed my way of thinking. Sidi's coaching helped me immensely to get an offer from BCG and pass the first round at McK (after which I withdrew from the process to take the BCG offer).

The program itself is valuable in many ways. First of all it teaches you how to think, how to develop a skill set that enables you to tackle any problem, or in other words, any case type/industry/whatever. In turn, this enables you to be confident and not worry about what you will get during the interview as it really does not matter as long as your approach, your logic is sound. Secondly, the other mentees that Sidi puts you in contact with are very valuable, as you get to interact with them based on the case solving foundation Sidi gives you, thereby allowing you to practice with someone who actually knows what they are doing and can give you proper feedback. Next, no other mentoring (and I tried others), website coaching, video series or anything else comes even close to the logic Sidi teaches you. Sidi's approach teaches you how to put all the pieces of the puzzle together, unlike other case solving sources which usually only give you one crude perspective. Finally, it is enough to look at the track record of Sidi's mentees. A vast majority gets an offer in at least one of the MBBs, and it is really a big celebration when people you interacted with in your study group start passing interview rounds and getting offers!
