This programme helped me to secure offers at McKinsey and BCG. Its dedicated focus on the skills that really matter for MBB interviews will give you an edge over every other applicant in the process. With this preparation any MBB interview will be like a walk in the park for you.

I was first exposed to Sidi and Jörn and their program in June 2021, when I was looking for Facebook groups to prepare for my interviews in McKinsey scheduled for August. At the time I had no intentions at all to get into any program of this kind, but I saw the videos in the group, and the method seems very fresh and interesting for my perspective, so I told myself I had nothing to lose from sending a message.

From today’s perspective, I now understand that the monetary investment is a joke in relation to what a candidate gets. The program encompasses every part that you can (or even cannot) imagine in both fit and case interviews, with a degree of granularity and details I could not have imagined. The program's method is flexible and allows the candidate to study at a pace that suits him, and the close accompaniment and in-person meetings with two senior (!!!) professionals like Sidi and Jörn, who have seen everything there is to see in interviews settings, gives you full and close support whenever you need. All that is left for the candidate to do is to stick to the plan and stay on the path to success!

I hope to inspire those who face the same dilemma I faced - to invest or not to, because I am very happy I chose to go for it! I think there is no question WHETHER a mentee of this program will receive an offer at the end of the process, but WHERE exactly he will start his career as a strategy consultant.

After having explored quite a few acclaimed resources/programs on the internet, I can attest that no other program comes even close to what Sidi and Jörn have here.

The program is unique in several ways, and I would like to highlight the key differentiators that impact performance in a material way:
- How to get the right mindset to approach interviews, that is how to not think of interview as an oral exam but use this as an opportunity to showcase ourselves
- Toolbox to approach case problems, that is how to approach a problem in the most “logical” and “repeatable” way, and how to communicate it effectively
- Support in an all rounder fashion, that is other than case aspects such as how to think about fit, practice/reflect on cases with a peer group that is also trained to think and communicate in a senior/logical way, ask questions anytime etc.

Even if I hadn’t received the offer, I believe it has made a step change in how I approach problems/situations at work and how I communicate. So definitely, if you are serious to get an offer and are willing to invest effort, then there is no reason not to go for it – it is a positive business case!

I completed two interview processes (McKinsey Digital and Strategy&), received two offers, chose McKinsey and have not even finished the process with the other two MBBs.

I used the MBB offer machine as the only preparation material for my interviews and I am convinced that it maximized my chances to receive an offer from my target, McKinsey. The program and the many casing sessions with other mentees from the coaching allowed me to 'walk' into the interview, i.e. enter the zoom call, with a lot of confidence and knowing what to expect.

The program is very well designed and gives you all the skills you need to perform outstandingly on the interview days at MBB.

You don't have to worry about not being able to solve a case because you are prepared for all case types. The approach to solving cases taught in the program is fundamentally different from the approaches taught in the classic case books. This means that with the skills taught in the program, you can go into the interviews with confidence that you can solve almost any case with a very good performance.

The personal fit part and specifics between the MBBs are also addressed, so that you are also optimally prepared in this regard.

Also, Sidi and Jörn are always available for questions and answer all possible questions that may arise.

Overall, a 100% recommendation. With this program I was able to secure an offer at my dream MBB firm.

If you are serious about landing an offer at MBB, then you should also be serious about your preparation.

This program does not only improve the way you approach the business cases, it provides a structured way to improve your performance, reaching a much higher performance level than when you try it on your own.

I signed up for the coaching program to prepare for my upcoming interviews with McKinsey and Bain. I
spent two months with working through the entire program, including all the 1:1 coaching sessions. I
learned tons of things that I could not find in casebooks or publicly available resources like Youtube, Crafting Cases etc. And I was immediately successful in converting my McKinsey interviews into a full time offer. The only reason why I will not give 5 stars is that I had technical problems with the coaching platform

I had interviewed with all three MBB firms in 2019 – and was unable to pass even Round 1 for any of them. Despite having prepared for several weeks at the time. I had gone through all the canonical resources like LOMS, Case Interview Secrets, Crafting Cases, etc. I was devastated and I believed that I was just not the caliber for top level strategy consulting. Moreover, I interviewed in Germany, but I am not a native German speaker, which I believed to be another substantial obstacle in my way.

So when I came across this preparation program for MBB, I was a somewhat afraid that it would not be worth the effort and money because I just lacked the “elite capabilities”. Oh boy was I wrong…

The problem had not been with me – it had been the weak approaches taught in the resources that I had used before! For the first time ever, I could talk to REAL experienced ex McKinsey interviewers (not former Associates or BAs!) who explained in meticulous detail, WHICH qualities I need to show, WHY I need to sow them, WHEN I need to show them, and HOW I need to show them. And most importantly – I understood for the first time that the popular frameworks like “Customer, Product, Company, Competition” etc. are just ridiculous, and that I could easily crush 95% of other applicants just by applying principles of top down logic and value creation.

After 5 or 6 weeks I felt so comfortable and confident with cases and personal experience questions that I couldn’t find any case question anywhere for which I would not be able to immediately create a rigorous structure. And the remarkable thing for me: it had become fun!

The result? Offers from all firms I interviewed with: McKinsey, Bain, Oliver Wyman. I then pulled out of the BCG process because I felt strongly that I want to join McKinsey.

And by the way: I was not alone with this success rate! I regularly practiced with three other participants of the program, and us four alone collected seven MBB offers across three continents.

So for me the conclusion is clear: this program ensures the best preparation in the world (when speaking about MBB interviews) – by far!

With just a few sessions, Sidi was able to change the way I though about case studies and how I approached them - ultimately helping me secure an offer at BCG!
