Updated* my order actually got delivered just now on Christmas. Glad to know it wasn’t a scam. Revising my review from a 1 star now that items were received.

I ordered 4 of the light boxes for our son and son n law for Christmas on Dec 9th. Said they would be delivered in time. Yesterday, 12/23 it said they were out for delivery. Today it shows the same status. The fear is real. They won’t be here for Christmas, no responses from customer service and now I wonder if this is a scam. I was weary from the beginning. I just knew they would love these as they are huge anime fans. The only gift that won’t come :( I guess I need to reach out to BBB if the site still says the same thing tomorrow. I don’t even know what courier they use to deliver.

Awesome additions

These light boxes were so cool. They added a nice little something extra to our game room. I bought a few extras for gifts for my nephews who love anime and they cannot stop talking about them. And, I got them just in time for Christmas. Literally, they arrived on Christmas Eve!!! So happy they arrived here, as promised.

Arrived on time

Arrived on time, looks great only a couple thing I can complain about it had some sticky residue on it and some edges weren’t sanded down all the way. Other wise looks great thanks

For starters they had a great deal of buy two get one free. I brought 3 light up pictures as a x-mas gift and it arrived exactly when they said it would. I was worried it wouldn’t be delivered before Christmas but it was and it’s in good condition.
