Very bad.. First I waited a long time for the package to be delivered and when it first arrived, it was nothing like the advertised product.. Big scam!

Total rip off. Use video showing screen protetor they don't even sell. Took 17 days to arrive, package had been submerged, emailed them, nothing !
Dried the glass out and fitted one. Poor fit, and cracked with light knock, fitted 1nd one, and touch sensitivity so bad had to take off. Neither can with the claimed 'magic dust remover strip' suggest avoid.

This company is a scam company! They charge you, then ships half your order, which doesn't even work properly, and then refuses to refund as they promise on the website!
I contacted them 2 days after recieving my shipment. No reply. Sent a new e-mail 2 weeks later. Still no reply. When I finally made a case with Paypal, they first sent me an e-mail trying to avoid using Paypal.
It took another 2 weeks of arguing. At first they refused any refund. Then they offered 30%, then 50%, then I just got refunded 100% for ONE item, and the case got closed
I bought several screen protectors, and payed a total of €37, and got refunded €20 after 2 weeks of arguing.

Ordered 4 screen protectors. Got ONE! It couldn't register my fingerprint through the protector, and when wanted to pull it off and get a quality protector fitted, the protector shattered while pulling it off! The ads are fake, and the company is only there to scam you! You get better quality items of Temu for $1 a piece!!!

Delayed over 1 month. I requested refund after all that time and they don’t give me my money back.

Like everyone - wish I had read the reviews first! Arrived damaged, endless emails go ignored. Money in the ocean. Total scam.

Das Anbringen der Schutzfolie hat super funktioniert! Allerdings hatte ich bereits nach einem Tag einen Spalt darin – ich weiss nicht einmal mehr, wo er angeschlagen wurde. Somit entspricht das echt nicht der Werbung

Compleet nutteloos. De eerste werkte niet en de 2e ook niet. Is gewoon via alie express Chinese rommel. Ook doet je gezichtsherkenning met hun screenprotector het niet meer. En contact met de klantenservice levert niks op want ze reageren gewoon niet.

Absolute scam of a company. Two faulty screens delivered that did nothing like the ads showed. Tried to offer 20% off to keep them or I could return to China at my own cost. An absolute joke. I’ve reported to trading standards and the ASA as this is false advertising and a breach of the consumer goods act.

Absolute rip off. I’ve had this for just under 3 weeks and there’s cracks on the screen already after a relatively short drop (around 1.5 feet). Do not go near them, not as advertised!

Do not buy. Fake Chinese scam!

Order still hasn't arrived after a month. According to the tracking system, it's stuck in France. Support keeps telling me in every email that it will arrive this week. The 30 day money back promise is ignored. Do not buy, money is gone!

I ordered Express delivery. They say its on its way and Their fake tracking site which appears legit says its been delivered. All In all scam.

I wish I had read reviews of this product scam before purchasing. On a whim, I bought this from a professional-looking Instagram advert with western english speaking actors.

Never received the product that turns out one finds out is coming from China, with apparently 10-14 days delivery . I have to say am impressed they even use a fake tracking system called 17Track to pretend it is on its way and fake they have confirmation of delivery. Dishonourable

Tried to cancel order, but was refused. Item never arrived.

Post came a month later and the screens were broken tried to contact with them but the ignored me for another month. Had to open case with paypal to get a refund! These people are clowns don't buy nothing!

This guys are thiefs! Service is 0 , product is 0 (damaged) asking to send product back with your own cost. Sending the product is more than the refund you wil get! Dont buy anything

These protectors do not fit the phone properly (s23 ultra)
The application "instructions" are incorrect and when you put your phone back in its case the screen protector just pops off.

Wrong product sent and not as described, on top of that. Started to crack instantly and was completely broken a week after, no Magic super material here.
After contact for refund I was offered 20% at first because they needed the product returned for 100% refund. How is that possible when faulty product only was discovered after installation?
No money yet and I have very low hopes getting any.

Ordered a S23 Ultra HD screen plus a S23 Ultra privacy screen from the site.
The box arrived crushed and damaged with the HD screen protector being smashed.
When putting the privacy screen on, it was just a generic cheap screen protector. You don't apply the screen as shown on the videos and it's definitely nit as durable as they claim. Avoid buying from this site.
