Absolute worst product and customer service. They asked for pics of the broken product that broke immediately! They then proceeded to then say they’ll send another and now it’s pushed off to some other fictitious department!! DON’T buy ANYTHING from them!! Untrustworthy company and I hope they get their karma for being terrible!

The CUSTOMER SERVICES is definitely the worst I’ve encountered in recent years .

I bought two Screensavers, but the Ones that came were for a phone much bigger than mine, I sent the company three emails and a picture only to hear nothing back so I went onto their website and emailed them as a “new customer “ . They came back with lots of apologies, but with apologies Talk of me keeping it for 10% discount. I wrote back on three occasions saying that I would just like my money back if possible or to exchange it and they told me that it would cost me around €25 to send it from England to China., I queried this three times and they sent back the same email just written a little differently each time. Please know that I have had some other screensavers from them and they were perfect but on this occasion they’ve really shown their true colours in being a company that doesn’t treasure customers and especially return customers.
If I was asked to recommend this company I definitely couldn’t and wouldn’t. There may be many other comments in the comments after what I say, but please know that What I have said is perfectly true and I’m still waiting to hear back from them almost 2 months after sending my first email, Nothing has moved on. Buy from this company at your own risk, I’m sure the amount of people who don’t like this company isn’t a coincidence.

I brought 6 screen protectors back in September. The samsung protectors didnt have proper instructions and were missing the tabs that were meant for installation. Iphone protectors fell off within days. Do not buy. Belkin makes great protectors that have a warranty.

Rating as 1 star only due to not being able to score 0. Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.

I confirmed an order by accident an emailed them immediately requesting the order be cancelled. Didn’t hear anything so emailed again several times. First contact I received was a week later advising my order was being shipped!

I explained my request for cancellation which fell on deaf ears. Product arrived and it was of terrible quality.

After much communication they eventually agreed to refund me 40% and that I would receive my refund within 1-2 days. 9 weeks later and having sent many an email to them I am still waiting on my refund. The response I receive (similar to many other reviews) is that my request has been “passed to the relevant department”.

Scandalous that businesses can get away with this and I just hope no one else fouls foul of them. Rotten to the core.

Screen protectors arrived, not as described. Poorly packaged, No dust removal sleeve, big circle on the screen for thumb print recognition.
Very, very poor quality, just marketed well.
Have been trying to return for over a month now for a refund. No one will give me a return address, keep telling me it will cost me too much to return and that I should accept a 10% discount. Told them I will decide which is more cost effective if they give me a return address, but keep getting fobbed off.

I ordered protectors for S23 and 15Pro, but I received only the 15Pro. They are still waiting for an answer from the "relevant team." They are scams.

Should be zero * half my order never arrived. No replies to my e-mails, no refund. Product is not the best!

Screen protector is not what they advertise. Plus once broke they asked for pictures and document which i submitted. For a month now I keep getting the same response about being sent to correct team to handle this. Nothing has been done for over a month nor have a gotten any type of update.

They dont even deserve one star!
I ordered two screen protectors, both of them faulty. I sent them pictures and emails numerous time but everytime was told "relevant department" would get back to me. It is now nearly 3 months and no refund or no correspondence from them!

Avoid this company at all cost!

Appalling customer services, never ever trust a company like that.

Hopefully this review can save someone's money. had i come here earlier before ordering i would never order.

Worst shop i have ordered from. I got 2 screen protectors i the mail, and both was broken. I have sent them 10mails about it, they ask for picture and then i dont hear anything.

Den værste skjermbeskytteren som noen gang har blitt solgt! Skjermbeskyttere fra temu og eBay til 1$ fungerer 100 ganger bedre! Jeg mottok den ene skjermbeskytteren knust og den andre knust under påføring.

Jeg tok kontakt med dem og fikk aldri svar, da sendte jeg en ny mail om at jeg kom til å melde dem som svindel til kredittkortselskapet. Først da fikk jeg svar om at jeg kunne få en rabatt kupong på 20% til min neste handel. Sendte saken inn til American Express hvor jeg fikk umiddelbar medhold i saken og refundert pengene.

Unngå dette selskapet og deres skjermbeskyttere.

This is worse than the £1 screen protectors, cracked from first drop. Took over 20 days to arrive. Don’t waste your time or money with this, complete scam. Nothing like the actual videos and ads.

Please guys don’t buy from them, they are scam company and their products are terrible and faulty.

Gave bubbles and faceid didnt work. Got a 20% refund for faulty products.

SCAM. Sent the wrong product, I emailed with no response for over 2 weeks. Sent them the images and video as requested, no response for over a month now. No refund of £25 yet. DO NOT USE.

I bought one recently and didn't realise that they charge £9 shipping for a £9 pound product. I could not find any way to cancel my order online and immediately mailed them to cancel. They ignored it and shipped it anyways and are now asking for €25 return charges to China for a full refund! I'll still end up out of pocket. This is a complete scam.
