Absolutely love my Magic Gorilla screen protector, it fits perfectly, feels premium, and keeps my phone screen clean and protected all day!

I have bought multiple screen protectors from another brands but the fingerprints didn't work for my samsung phone. First time trying out the magic gorilla screen protector and it was finally working. So happy now that I can use my fingerprints again to unlock my phone with a screen protector!

My package got lost during delivery and thanks to customer service of magic gorilla, I got another package sent but I also got the old one to my home. So they told me I can keep it as a gift. Thanks, very happpy!

I ordered a double pack screen protector over two weeks ago, the money has been taken out of my account but I haven’t received the items.
I’ve sent two messages to them and have had no response. I would like a refund but have no way of contacting them.

My child dropped my phone face down the protector cracked, but the screen did not. I immediately ordered another Magicgorilla.

Søppel! Begge de uknuselige skjermbeskytterne var knust når jeg mottok dem. Dette på tross av at de lå forholdsvis godt beskyttet i rammer av hardplast og med bobleplast på utsiden. I reklamen kan du gjøre omtrent hva du vil med skjermbekytteren uten at den knuser, men i realiteten er den mer som et flatbrød.
Jeg har sendt mail med krav om refusjon av pengene, ingen svar.

Do not buy, or as described and just send you the same response every time you contact so you never get anywhere, you might as well throw your money away, don’t waste your time and money!!!!!!!

I have spent weeks searching for a screen protector that is both durable and offers privacy. I found Magicgorilla to be the best. In terms of privacy, the protector is perfect, and it feels premium as well.

It’s not possible to contact them about products recieved broken. Products seems a lot cheaper than in commersials too.

Magic Gorilla customer service is very poor had an issue with a purchase with a iPhone 16 pro max screen and camera protector payed in full and only got the screen protector.did ask for a refund or item to be shipped but they responded with .-

Bad seller don’t waste your money

My screen feels secure and looks brand-new even after heavy usage. I highly recommend Magicgorilla for peace of mind and high protection!

When I placed an order, I inadvertently selected the incorrect model. Noticing immediately my error in the confirmation email, I contacted their customer services.
They took days to reply, by which time the item was already in the dispatch process and couldn’t change it.
The item arrived well outside their delivery window of 7 business days.
I contacted them again (using the same email chain) and they replied fairly quickly this time, saying it’s possible to return, but why did I want to. I have responded to their question but they do not have the decency to reply!
Can’t comment on their product but I found a similar item in Amazon, at least that’s customer service I can trust!

This company is terrible, do not trust them at all. They sent me the wrong item and when I questioned it, they told me that I could get a 20% refund or send the thing back but they warned me that if I did send it back it would cost me a lot of money. I emailed them back to say I’m okay with paying the money and they sent me another email saying that they would give me 40% of the money and told me again about sending it back costing a lot of money, this is happened for the last four months and I’m still to get my money. This company is definitely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and their CUSTOMER SERVICES are abysmal. They are thieves trust them if you want but I wouldn’t trust them as I find this company to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my 50 years on this planet
You may read one or two good reviews, but I would coursing you on using this company as if anything goes wrong like it did for me they seem to shut down and try to not pay you back. Not accept the goods back and keep you on a email thread That just goes round and round. If I could give them Zero stars I really would as they don’t even deserve the one star.

Expensive screen protector that is no different. Can't use my fingerprint reader anymore

Got a smaaaaall screen protector, and when i’m in contact with them they try to avoid to fix the issue they made. TOTAL SCAM THIS PLACE. DO NOT BUY.

Absolutely rubbish left dust under screen dropped phone out of my pocket while sat down 30 cm drop if that screen cracked Ben back into speaking to magic gorilla customer services via email and I get the same response every two weeks it’s been escalated to the correct department will get back to you and it’s ongoing now for three months.
Avoid like the plague they have no customer service whatsoever.
