I requested several withdrawals totaling €1,540 between 02.02 and 05.02. The withdrawals were approved and are still marked as “In Progress” in my account, but I have not yet received the funds after more than 8 days.
I appreciate that my VIP manager has been responsive and polite in communication. However, despite repeated follow-ups, I have only been informed that there is a “technical issue” with the payment provider. No transaction reference, provider name, or clear timeframe has been provided. Live support responses also appear to be standard copy-and-paste replies without additional clarification.
The casino’s Terms & Conditions state processing times of 0–48 hours, and bank transfers are generally completed within 3 banking days, so this extended delay is concerning.
I hope this issue is resolved soon, but based on my experience so far, the withdrawal process and transparency have been quite disappointing. Unfortunately, I do not feel confident continuing to use this website.

UPDATE 20/12/25:
I believe in being fair. I can confirm that Loki Casino has finally processed a first withdrawal of £425 which landed in my bank on Dec 19th via MiFinity. This proves my account is verified and their payment system works.
My VIP Manager (Jai) has also now confirmed in writing that my remaining balance is safe and no further wagering is required.
However, I still have £6,806.90 pending. I have requested the next installment. I am keeping this review at a low rating until the withdrawal speed improves and the balance is cleared. If they continue to pay, I will update this rating to reflect their cooperation.

I asked multiple times for evidence of the SEPA transfer and they refuse to send anything.

Nu heb ik 2 uitbetalingen lopen, deze zijn volgens loki goedgekeurd en onderweg, maar na 4 dagen zijn deze nog niet op mijn bankrekening ontvangen. Normaal gesproken is dit eigenlijk altijd binnen 10 minuten. Loki zegt dat dit aan mijn bank ligt, maar vind het toch een heel raar verhaal.
Na 8 dagen nog steeds niet ontvangen..
Ik krijg elke keer hetzelfde verhaaltje te horen. De financiële afdeling kijkt ernaar..
