Attention ARNAQUE !!! Piètre qualité et pas même coupé droit !

INCROYABLE : un seul post sur votre site et mon remboursement m'est parvenu peu de jours après !!! Alors que ma demande datait du 23 janvier 2026 !!!

Impossible de me faire rembourser une commande dont la preuve de retour a été transmise le... 23 janvier 2026 !!!
Des mails sont envoyés m'expliquant que je recevrai une réponse dans les 3 jours ouvrés...

J'attends toujours !!!

Dans votre réponse, vous me demandez de vous adresser ma preuve de retour -> déjà fait le 23 janvier. Il vous suffit de relire mon mail !!!

Came exactly as predicted.
No problems.

Colis reçu assez rapidement mais le carton était ouvert et pas de facture.
J'ai essayé de les joindre par mail et il m'est indiqué que je n'ai aucun compte chez eux et que l'adresse mail où j'envoie mes mails n'existe pas.
En résumé vous commandez mais service après vente inexistant.
Ce site fait parti comme des centaines, de site arnaqueurs !!!

Hob protector is of very high quality and competitively priced. Time between ordering and receiving item was excellent. Would definitely recommend to others.

The hob cover is beautiful. It’s good quality, a decent thickness and doesn’t move once in place. I’ve only given 4 stars as it has arrived with a slight crease in it and tiny damage to one side. I’d say this is due to the fact that it was packaged just rolled up in a box which was slightly too big for it, with no additional packaging. Not enough damage to return, but it’s a bit of a shame it’s not in perfect condition. However, it does look really good and seems like it will do an excellent job.

Have just had a new kitchen and wanted to protect the new hob when not in use. Kitchenyeah, had a wide range of induction hob covers, different colours and designs,at reasonable prices. Also the cover is of a very good quality and enables use of the hob space after cooking, extending workspace, which is great.
Ordering was very easy and I was kept upto date with my order, by them and Royal Mail, who delivered item. Would highly recommend.

I’ve tried to order an induction hob protector (through Amazon) from these people twice. The first time they claimed it had been delivered after three and a half weeks. It had not. I got refunded and re-ordered a different product. Today (after another three weeks) checked on Amazon and it says ‘Product Undeliverable’. I get Amazon deliveries most days without any problem.
