Absolutely perfect

The flowers were exactly as your website however I was very disappointed that the gift pack I also ordered from your website was cancelled cause it was only available in UK. Perhaps the Interflora website could state it when somethings not available in NZ. If Id known the gift pack was going to be unavailable in NZ I would have ordered a bigger flower arrangement instead. Recipient was very happy with the flowers though.

Not too thrilled, but still nice
A bit guttered as the “yellow” bunch was not at all like the picture selected on the website. Perhaps the flowers in the image weren’t in season. There is white and pink flowers too, and I had hoped for only the brightest yellows as I was buying a yellow bunch.. paid extra to get a special card etc and the card is nothing like the picture either? Chose the box/brown paper surround but wasn’t wrapped in that either. Is this normal. I emailed the team at 5am to hopefully see my requests before they started their day, never had a reply so perhaps it wasn’t seen in time. $130 is a lot of money for myself as a solo young mum, the flowers are really nice of course, all flowers are beautiful, they’re just very different to what I expected from the website, there’s only 1 flower the same. No roses either. Thanks for the speedy delivery, family still love them regardless.

Hello Liv, we are so sorry you were disappointed. We did send you a photo of the bouquet before sending but we did not hear back from you. Perhaps it went to your spam folder? The florist got your instructions for more yellow so took the other colours out and it was sent in the box pictured on the website. The flowers were the brightest yellow available and the lilies were in bud and will be bright too.

It met my expectations
It met my expectations. The flowers were delivered on time and in good condition. HOWEVER your website I found VERY difficult to use. Your instructions need to be more up front and clear. Once I had chosen the flowers I could not get to checkout.
You need to say that you must login first and then choose flowers. I don't know how a new customer would get on? Updating details should be clearer.

My recipient told me that there was no name on the card....which negated a lot of the reason for sending the flowers!!!
