Omprakash has been in touch with me since beginning asking lots of questions trying to understand my accomodation needs with respect to budget, zipcode and any household services required. He has a very network and study of available houses and also drove me and my wife around to look all the available apartments in person. He also provides any insights he might have about the community/area of the apartment. He was very polite and easy to work with and easy to reach on call.
