Cole who helped us is very friendly and very knowledgeable. He provided us with the information we needed and we signed up this morning.

Overall there were teething problems but I cannot fault Vishali Jasat who was impeccable from the start. The issues were software based, not her role, but she pressured and escalated on my behalf and remained in contact to reassure me that things were moving. In a largely faceless large company like this she is a welcome breath of fresh air.

Cole dealt with my pricing query very efficiently and clearly and provided a great service and revised deal.
