Thank you so much Mo Miah. I was struggling to get sorted with my new card reader and with a show coming up I was getting frustrated and had given up on using it. Mo noticed that I hadn’t got it up and running yet since he was my account manager & despite me being busy with other stuff, he was patient & talked me through the issues I was having with updates etc. The card reader eventually worked and I’m all set for the show. So lets just assume on that basis that all business operate only in those hours and not on weekends. Genuinely sick of these very profitable companies running with zero carbon life forms so when you actually do need to speak to someone, its a jump through hoops game.
