General account issue

When I login to my account, it doesn’t show my assigned and completed courses, comes up as a new account. I really don’t understand why. I’ve contacted support but they’re unable to fix it. They can view my account from their end but I’m not able to do the same from my end. This is one month plus now

You currently have two FuturU accounts linked to your email, which is causing some confusion when you sign in.

I understand that Anthony in our support team has been in touch with you with instructions for how to access both your completed and in-progress learning. He’s also asked our IT Team to merge your accounts so that you only have one in the future, and will be touch again when this is sorted.

Two Weeks of Empty Promises and Zero Action

Absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful service. For two weeks I have repeatedly requested that my failed test be reassigned. Instead of taking action, I’ve been strung along with empty promises every single day. This level of incompetence has now directly delayed my work start date, costing me time, money, and opportunities. It is beyond unprofessional – it shows a complete disregard for people’s livelihoods. If this is how you treat those relying on you, it’s a clear sign that you are not fit to handle such responsibilities.

The learning is great

The learning is great, very practical even though its virtual. And I can't believe its all free - even the certificates I can download with no cost!

Excellent training

I have found the scenario-based modules work well for me, I can put myself in that situation, which really helps with putting theory into practice. It also helps me think about how I work in certain ways and why.
I will definitely continue to use FuturU.
