I ordered two dresses. When I received them, only one of the two was correct. The vendor REFUSED to make it right by either sending me the dress I purchased or by refunding the dress. They literally would not give me the opportunity to ship the incorrect dress back because "the shipping would cost more than the purchase." After several exchanges they refused to even acknowledge that they were responsible for the mistake and were refusing to make it right. I was offered $3, $5, $7, and finally only $10 in compensation and claimed it would come out of the customer service rep's wage. I bought the dress on sale for $36. Quality is nothing to be excited about.

I ordered a dress. What arrived looked like a cheap imitation of what I had seen online. It was poor quality and it didn’t fit. I contacted customer service to return the item and request a return/refund. I paid $50 for a dress. The agent offered me $3. After going back and forth the most they’ll offer me is $10. Now they won’t respond to my messages.

This company produces poor quality clothing and has worse customer service. It took more than a month to revive the item, which was cheap looking and damaged upon arrival. When reaching out for a refund after haggling for two weeks, I finally had to accept only a $13 refund when the item was $49. Utterly poor experience all around.

I am utterly appalled by this company. I ordered a dress that looked nothing like the online description, and when it arrived, it was not only poorly made but also damaged and ripped on the side. I’ve attempted multiple times to secure a refund or exchange, but every effort has been blatantly ignored. This isn’t just a case of bad service—it’s a complete scam. This company isn’t a legitimate retailer; they’re a fraudulent group with no intention of honoring their promises. Save your money and steer clear of this deceitful operation!

Their clothing is not vintage like the website states. I ordered a dress, it was a print on slippery material. AND THEY DON’T DO RETURNS! I was offered $5 USD for my inconvenience after spending $120 CAD with them.

Absolutely terrible. I bought sone knockoff dresses not knowing they were knockoffs until I did a search for western dresses and found the original site. They stole the original pictures from the embroidered originals and sent a paper thin, printed version that looks like they printed a photo of the dresses onto the cheapest possible fabric- and their sizing chart is wrong. When confronted though email, CS did respond with “we can give you a $6 refund” after I spent about $77 on them. They settled for a $10 pity refund because they wouldn’t let me return or exchange them for a larger size - because the shipping to China would be too expensive (their words). I am beyond disappointed. If you’re considering buying from them, I hope you look up reviews first - I should have. They are design thieves selling for only a little less than the actual company who makes the dresses and their practices are scammy.

I received my shipment fairly quickly.
However the quality is poor. Not cotton, no buttons. It is polyester print image on a very cheaply made shirt. Probably worth about $4.50 at a Dollar store.

I read the reviews and knew it was risky but tried anyway. I did receive product however it was two of the wrong dresses. They claimed they shipped the correct items, I provided them with pictures-they offered a very small partial refund. I finally filed a dispute with my CC after multiple attempts to get them to correct the issue.

De har pt. Været 1 måned undervejs til trods for at jeg har betalt 19 dollars for Express levering. fordi kjolerne var tiltænkt et bestemt arrangement, som nu for længst er passé.

Og i dag kom pakken. Jeg bestilte to kjoler, der kom én!
Den har tråde der hænger ud, er lavet af det tarveligste materiale der klæber og bliver elektrisk (de påstår det er bomuld)
Så har betalt 600,- for nu kun EN kjole der ligner noget fra en spøg og skæmt butik.

My star is actually a zero! Scammers, they use fake postage. The package arrived after a month+ and then was seized by the podt office. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Awful quality.

Scam company with fake tracking numbers and site. The original confirmation email for your order will link back to a fake parcel tracking site which they run. If you're lucky, they might ship something out from China a month later. Finally received 1/3 of the order after I opened a dispute with PayPal and it shipped from Ohio. They only did this to close the dispute and claimed that they had shipped the entire order. They also charged me $25 more than I was invoiced.

Horrible customer service, sent me the wrong item, and only offered me a 10% refund DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

We looked up reviews, but it must've been a different site, they all looked pretty good.
This one seems more accurate.

I wish I'd come her before purchasing. Dress was a cheap polyester material with a poor quality print. Images pictures are not the item you receive. Like shein but even worse quality.

Naturally I wanted a refund and that's where the issues began. Long winded back and forth offering a couple USD here and there suggesting that refund process is long and costly. The dress cost me $36 and they offered $3. Make it make sense...

Don't buy.
Arrived in two weeks but the quality isn't good, the design is not as illustrated in the picture and they sent me an XS not a large as ordered

Definitely not worth the money. Shein has better quality clothes

They rip off other designers. The art, photographs, and clothing designs they use is stolen.

Took 6 weeks for my order to arrive! Your items are not coming from this company or the US. They come from Ireland and the return address on my package said Heath's Hotties. Shirts seem ok, just expect to wait FOREVER!!!!!

Forfærdelig kvalitet. Virkelig dårlig information på hjemmesiden og i forbindelse med levering. Kan ikke anbefales på nogen måde.

Ordered some cool looking T-shirts. Came within 3 weeks but:
Poorly made
Fabric is a fire hazard
Now trying to return and with all these scam retail sites they make it impossible
