Refund

The refund was completed right after my request to customer support. They offered some alternative offers but as soon as I declined them they gently proceed with refund.
My experience was spoiled with unwanted subscription but then customer support team made me think positive about the product.

A fair resolution for both sides

I paid for what looks like a fixed price for accessing a dance course. I received the confirmation mail of the payment and after paying attention to my bank account I saw I was monthly subscribed for £21.99. I wrote for a cancellation and a refund as I did not even used the password given for starting the course and having not a close prospective of doing it in the foreseen future. They tell me to cancel through my account in their website, as I did. The next day the charged me again and after claiming again for the refund of the subscription, they refunded the last amount improperly taken. They say the subscription conditions were well specified but I have the screenshots of what was offered in the moment of the purchase. I have been offered full free access as they genuinely have acknowledged that this situation affected my experience. Now I can take into account the support team responsiveness in handling my request, since they are offering the full subscription refund, and they have fulfilled it. Thank you.

Refund

I signed up thinking I was purchasing a one-time course for $9.99, and I didn’t fully realize a subscription would follow.

Deceptive marketing - they'll take your money again and again

This is really deceptive marketing if you follow the ads through Facebook. They say you have lifetime access to your course, but it's really subscription based. The first hint I got was that with my course I'd have access to a bunch of others but could cancel any time. Wait, what? I don't even recall any "fine print" to read. They also said fully refundable within 14 days, if I didn't like the course. I cancelled immediately but did not get a refund. You get better information if you go directly to their website. I have a feeling that it might have been a content creator's info that was deceptive. Remember, do your research before you buy.

Hidden subscriptions - scam!

I am writing this to warn others about the predatory billing practices used by Eduelle.
I signed up through an Instagram advertisement that explicitly promised "Lifetime Access" to video tutorials for a one-time payment of €9.99. There was absolutely no mention of a recurring monthly fee of €29.99 anywhere in the ad or the initial checkout process.
The Red Flags:
Hidden Charges: A month later, I discovered unauthorized charges of €29.99. This is intentional, deceptive marketing.
Unhelpful Customer Support: When I contacted them via email, they initially claimed they had no idea what I was talking about and denied the existence of any subscription fees.
Shady Settlement Tactics: As soon as I opened a PayPal dispute, their tone changed. They tried to pressure me into closing the PayPal case, promising a refund only after the case was closed.
My Advice:
Do NOT close your PayPal dispute if they ask you to. Closing the case removes your buyer protection, and you will lose all leverage to get your money back. Keep the communication within the official dispute channels.
It is disappointing to see these ads still running on social media with no transparency regarding the monthly costs. This feels like a calculated scam. I highly recommend using AI tools to help document the details and filing a formal complaint to stop these practices.
Stay away from Eduelle!

Update: As a response to Eduelles Reply:
their advertising on instagram still promises livelong access for 9.99€ and does not mention any subscription. Sadly I cancot upload a screenshot here. Who ever needs a screenshot as proof for his paypal case, just ask me I can provide.
Regarding refund: It is true, that I did not get my money back. There was a deadline to respond which I missed for personal reasons.
